Waited way too long for food. Whole order of fries completely burnt and inedible. Very rude employee, no napkins Or spoon In bag, ice in drink when we said no ice lol
We recently order two of Hungry Hobos cold sandwich with a spice cake and fries, and they didn’t disappoint. We wish the drive thru wasn’t such a long wait. The staff members were polite and friendly.Great sandwiches! If you want a tasty meal, support this local business!

I don't know why they're letting this go on as long as they are, and they NEED to get back to in-store ordering as well, but be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt.
This place is horrible. Has gone downhill since they opened their new place. Every time I order from their new location their's always an issue. Never on time with your order and food is poorly made. But this time it was the RAW chicken they served me! Lost my business!
Lol, what a joke! Can't even go in to order a sandwich! You can order online to pick it up or wait in the drive thru forever! I don’t get it. Brand new nice building that you can’t go into. I ordered online but the sign on the door says the lobby is closed. So I waited for 20 minutes in 95 degrees and 4$ a gallon gas to have the lady tell me “ you can either come inside or pull up to the window for your order.” Since once you are in the drive through there is no way to get out I’ll wait 5 more minutes. I used to work at hungry hobo and have always loved it but this was ridiculous. I have also stopped at other hungry hobos when they are supposed to be open and they are closed. This one says open at 10 which I highly doubt. Food was good and correct (only reason for the rating).
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. EXTRAORDINARY LONG WAIT TIMES. SOUNDS LIKE AN EMPLOYEE TRAINING PROBLEMS. Customer Service provided from the MANAGER, (5’5”, medium build, dark hair) was beyond inexcusable, 5 employees present at the time in non-peak hours (2:00pm), resulted an over 45+ minute online order. Good luck with this one, Pryce. Going to Village Corner Deli, Cafe Fresh. Might even stoop to Panera or Subway.
We ordered two types of sandwiches (2 of one and 1 of another). Late lunchtime order. Young lady was cold and disconnected when taking our order. Food was OK, leaving us with zero instinct to return. Prediction...they're out of business before their lease is up.
I used to love Hungry Hobo. They were quick and efficient at the old location. At this new location there has always been an issue. Today, I ordered online. It said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I ordered at 11:30 am I get it is a busy time for them so I was there a little before noon. I pulled into the curbside spot. The sign says to contact them to let them know you are there. Well, you can’t call them between 11-1 pm and there’s no way through app to let them know either. The lady in the drive through kept making eye contact with me. I presumed she may let someone know I was there to pick up an order. I waited about 10 minutes after 12 pm and then I went in. I got inside. My order ticket was on the counter and not even started, when it was to be picked up ready at noon, so ten minutes after noon it hadn’t been started yet. The service rep. finally had them start making my order. The place did have a bit of a lunch rush, but the staff was in no hurry. They will get you your order at their pace. If you have 15-20 minutes for lunch. I’d skip this stop. When I finally got my order I had a sandwich that was wrong and no cheese with my cheddar fries. I’m glad I went through the bag. Maybe next year I’ll try again. But I will not be returning anytime soon.
6:00 on a Saturday, I'm standing at the register, and they won't let me order anything inside? They tell me I need to load their app and order from that. They looked to have plenty of people working, but they won't take my order. I don't want your app and not jumping through hoops. I'll just go to Jimmy John's next time.
