I have never experienced such rude service. Last 2 times I ordered 1 in person and 1 time over the phone the staff was very rude. I was told when calling to place an order last night at 7:42 I could only order pizza no wings because they had in their word 'closed down the line' this was 45 minutes before closing. They were very short and I felt like an inconvenience when I came in to pick up my order. I needed up ordering wings from pizza hut across the street.I will just use the other pizza places in Bettendorf like QC pizza downtown as they are always friendly and do not shut down early. I doubt this location will be able to stay open with all the negative reviews. People have choices and when you are not good to your customers they will go elsewhere.
This store kept me on hold for 10 minutes to tell me they are closing early. They already open up late all week. It’s 8:20 pm on a Saturday night. I guess selling pizza is not a priority.
This place has gone downhill. The pizza use to be so good, but now it’s terrible. The pizza I got was so undercooked and doughy. I ordered a large BLT pizza from the Bettendorf location and they gave me four Mayo packets. I asked for more, they said no that’s all I can give you… they gave me so much attitude and we’re very unprofessional about it.
Harris is one of my favorites. Great pizza and great customer service. We got a pizza and gold rush bread tonight. Got it home and saw that they even wrote on the box lid which side of the pizza was which ingredient. Why don’t more do this?! It’s the little things.
Somehow my order was wrong. So as I waited for the correct pizza to cook the cashier offered me the mistake pizza too. We will have enough Harris Pizza for months ! ? Way to fix the mix-up! Thanks Harris!
Totally disappointed the sausage all crumbly not what I expected didn't have a decent flavor either in the sausage ... I asked for pie cut and they cut it into strips

I am not sure what is wrong with the staff at this place. I ordered a side of waffle fries with my pizzas and I was shocked when I got home. They did not give me a box/side. They wrapped a few waffle fries in foil and charged me for a side. They did it twice. I complained the first time and I gave up the second time. But I will never go back to this location although it is the closest to me. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
Honestly probably the worst pizza I've ever had, (The Rink) crust is bad no flavor at all. Staff inside was nice but not worth 30 bucks
