Door was locked at 718am the manager opens the door and let's me in and tells me the lobby isn't really open I tell him it's posted on the door 7am open. He says we are short handed. I don't doubt that but surprisingly when I dordered at the counter there were no cars in the drive thru. I guess it's my job to figure out when they are shorthanded I have a life tpo
I ordered the big hot ham and cheese. I'm lucky I got 5 pieces of ham on it. All you can taste is the bun. Disappointed!!
Manager came out to dining room to visit eoth the customers. Staff very thoughtful and considerate of customers requests.
I miss the ham biscuits that Hardees was famous for when I was living in NC and VA. The Tater Tots or Breakfast Hash Rounds are always hot and tasty. The person at drive through at breakfast is always cheery. Did I say I miss ham biscuits? ( hint hint!)
I look on maps and they say I can come in. I drive down and they're closed to indoor eating. Change your status.
Forgot to mention that U had a coupon. Because it was the last day they took the time to adjust my bill. Very nice if then to do.
I paid 15 bucks for a #10 here I asked for lettuce tomato and pickles on my sandwich. The pickles weren't on it I took it back to the drive up because the inside wasn't open and told the lady at the window it wasn't right she told me she see mayo lettuce and tomato so I just took that burger out her hand and left I didn't want them to do anything to my food . I will never visit this Hardee's again.
Good by fast food standards. Not as slow and they almost always get order right. Food good, order correct, that puts them way ahead.
Absolutely disqusting! First when we ordered our food the cashier tried to hand me a cup holding it with her fingers in the cup when I asked if I could get one without her fingers in it she promtly took it and put it back on the stack for the next person, I specifically asked for fresh chicken strips she said they would be fresh when we got the food it was not fresh!,fries or curly fries and definitely bot the chicken strips and when we questioned whether or not they were fresh she continued to lie and tell us they were! She also was responsible for wiping down tables in the lobby she wiped off seats before wiping table tops and wiped the top of the trash can before continuing to wipe table tops and the drink dispenser We are disgusted and will not return there again!!
