I'm normally not one to write a bad review especially for this Culver's since I am a past employee and loved the job... but the last few times I have gone through I have had issues with my orders. I was in a hurry on my lunch break today so I ordered chicken tenders... and they were cold in the middle to the point where I could feel it before taking a bite. I didn't have time to go back but I know that it's simple to do the fryer position and they weren't in a rush. Hopefully the employee is newer and just picked up the wrong basket but the person boxing them should've noticed. The last mistakes were no condiments, missing fry, wrong condiments, and forgetting custard. I think I will have to say that I'm disappointed in the lunch staff. Take a breath and make sure the food you're giving out is edible, quality should be even more important than your time and it seems they would rather put out a fast product than a quality one lately.
The chicken tenders left a lot to be desired, for me at least. Employees and customer service was great!
I normally don't have any issues with food quality and if there are any, they're very minimal and not worth fussing over. This visit was not the case. I ordered the deluxe combo - single with fries and an order of pretzel bites with cheese. They gave me a double cheeseburger, no toppings that come with the sandwich (lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion), the fries were no where near cooked enough, they were soggy and very potato-y(if that makes sense), and the cheese that came with the pretzel bites was halfway frozen and cold. Ew. Pretty disappointed especially since I only get a 30 min lunch break and usually Culver's makes their food fresh, which is why I didn't mind waiting for my food to be ready. I couldn't go anywhere else because I used up all my time there for cold, uncooked food. :(
Awesome food. Great place to eat. Awesome Employee Brandon M.
" you're crazy enough to order the soup." As one who used to work at Arby's. That is Gravely concerning. Please Rectify this. I do not want to hear that phrase ever again. Especially coming from a place that's supposed to be fresh. The date is March 16th. It is 2:41 p.m. Lunch. Crazy enough to order the soup. Exact words. Not happening. Not in my town
Ordered a sourdough double with cheese. Tasted great, staff friendly, good size not giant satisfying. Fair price, worth going again.
Always a great place. Consistently a good quick, quality spot to eat!
The staff was so happy and perky, they made me smile ? Good food, great price, very tasty
I was treated very badly and unfairly at this store by employees and Mike Jones. I never thought someone could ruin Culvers for me but Mike managed to do. I hold Mike Jones personally responsible for how I was treated and I will never spend a dollar in any Culvers. I hope some day Mike Jones is held accountable for how I was treated in this store but I seriously doubt it will ever happen.
Always fresh and delicious. Worth the slight wait.
