I tried going through the drive through today (4/27) at 4:55pm and no one was at the window, despite the drive through sign saying open. After 3 minutes I honked, but no one came. I went inside a minute later and they were sitting in the corner on their phones and then decided to look out the window when no one was there. It was quite frustrating as I was on a time crunch and had my hopes up when there was no line. At least the food and the coffee was good.
It was ok. Came in today and there were a bunch of girls working, and they were just talking and taking videos with customers who I assume were their friends while I was waiting for coffee. Coffee was ok, service was not.
Me and a friend came in. I got a caramel iced latte. The espresso shot was dead and tasted burnt. Friend got the monster cookie blended frap, tasted like peanuts and nothing else. Could not drink either drink
I love this coffe the place from inside so beautiful even it looks tiny from outside ..I tried latte hazelnut it was so tasty I'll be coming back for more..
Super cute establishment! Great selection of drinks. Giving 3 stars because after waiting 20 mins still no one acknowledged me or the lady in front of me. Two people working but not even a hello. I understand staff shortages but not even acknowledging customers is not okay. I don’t know what was going on but wasn’t impressed. I ended up leaving and still nothing.

I've been going to coffee hound since the first opened up on Brady Street. There coffee has always been top of the line and delicious. And now, twenty years later, I still enjoy coffee from the Devils Glen location.

Super friendly service, and I love that they recycle their used coffee grounds by setting them out for me to pick up and use on my lawn. I've probably kept 1000+ pounds of their coffee grounds out of the landfill this summer.
