i was scammed by arbys (giftcards dont work anymore)yesterday i went there to redeem a 15$ giftcard i had bought myself and i went there with my buddy, we had walked there and when we arrived the lobby was close because they were under staffed. this was a massive inconvenience to us because we did not have a car to go through the drive through. so we had attempted to walk through the drive through and see if we could still order. we walked up and the motion sensor did notice us and the lady in the speaker asked us what we wanted to order and we replied with what we wanted and we got no reply back. at this point we decided to the unthinkable and go straight to the place in which they give u the food for the drive through. we walked straight up there and the nice young lady took our order. after we had ordered i had brought out my giftcard and she had said that we cannot use giftcards because there is no way to manually input the code on the card or scan it because "arbys had been bought out and their systems have changed". basically meaning that all giftcards are void, something like this could 100% spark a massive lawsuit. but im just a boy and i dont have that power.i would rate 1 stars but im somewhat a regular to arbys and if i show up again and get recognized then i dont want my food to be messed with because of this review. (arbys manager do not do anything to the lady who had taken my order she is innocent).
I'm a person that never really ate arby's food but lately I have found myself going there quite regularly the 1st time I started loving arby's is when I was living in Georgia and they had a deal 2 gyros for $6 now I love gyros so therefore I went up there just to try them and they were delicious and so now I'm going all the time because they have the 2 crispy fish sandwiches 2 for $6. They are the best fish sandwiches I've ever eaten the only fish sandwich that even comes close to arby's fish sandwich is the fish sandwiches at McDonald's. Anybody that knows me know that Arby's fish sandwiches must be exceptional.
They gave me the best BLT & customer service ever ? I kinda wanna drive across town only this arbys everytime now.

This Arby's has the best service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Employees are always very polite even in the drive-thru and the food is always consistent and they're even fast at getting the food ready without it being pre-made.
