food is always good, but service sucks. food always takes forever. was told our food would be ready by 8:10 and it’s now 8:30 and we still don’t have it.
The workers were nice, but completely messed up our order. The fries are soggy, and taste gross.
Door Dashers are having a problem here. They are not allowed to fill customers beverage orders (Health Dept Violation).Employees here hand empty cups, laugh and tell Dashers to fill the customers beverages.Is there a Manager among these disrespectful employees? Not sure but Dashers would be in violation if they do it. I’ve heard Dsshers say “fill it or I cancel (unassign) the order. Then all of a sudden it’s the employee will fill the order.It’s Buffalo Wild Wings for us and we make sure we tell everyone NOT to go to Wing Stop!
I’ve ordered from here 4 times. The first time the food was good. The second time they lost my order and I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes while they made it. The third time half of the food was missing. Today we got someone else’s order and it was completely incorrect. The last two times when we tried to call and complain no one answered the phone. It’s a shame, I’m sure they are understaffed like everyone else but it’s just not worth putting up with at this point. I’m giving two stars because the food is decent when you actually get what you ordered.

Had to go in and order and they had my large order made in a really reasonably time and they made my 2 year olds day giving her a brownie and a drink and I can't thank them enough for that
Wingstop is a new wing place in Ankeny and I have to say, I have yet to be disappointed. The staff is always friendly when I come in. The fries have a sweet and salty seasoning to them that you have to try.

Ordered online for pickup from the ankeny location on 1/15/2022. Due to my order being over $25 I had to pre-pay. Cool no problem Ordered at 5:15, and online said my order would be ready in 30 mins. Got to the store at 5:50, and there was already a large crowd. They were severaly behind on orders with no way to cancel my order. Ended up having to wait in the store for 50 minutes. Would not recommend. Buffalo wild wings, or just wings are good alternatives.
No seating, carry out only. You should definitely order in advance and pick up otherwise you will waste your entire lunch hour waiting for your 6 wings and veggie sticks to be done? The wings were good.
