Meet my sister for happy hour and dinner. We ordered during happy hour but were charged full price. I mentioned this to the server, he said I would receive a credit for the difference in a few days. Never received the credit. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I’m sure this happens A LOT of times when your ticket/order is rung up after happy hour. WATCH YOUR BILLED AMOUNT!! I really like this place but constantly overcharging advertised prices isn’t right!Follow up June 21:So I posted this review and received a request from OP to contact them which I did the next day. I have yet to receive a response back. ?
Despite hearing a negative review from someone we tried. Loved the mozzarella sticks. Burger was great..taco salad was not what expected. Overall very happy and will be back..
Not a real big fan. We no more had seated when we were informed that a 9 pizza order had just been called in. To me, something wrong here, hire more people, make the kitchen larger? I don't know, we were there 1.5 hrs.
Food was good and is the only reason for not giving a 1 star. We called ahead for takeout and the girl on the phone didn't know the menu items we asked for. When we arrived to pick it up, the hostesses continued to talk rather than assist us. While we sat and waited for our order we watched them continue to ignore each customer that came in. One guy jokingly yelled and scared the girl which was a delight. Someone from the kitchen notified us that they messed up one of our orders but made up for it by comping the item. The kitchen staff who spoke to us was very pleasant and apologetic. When we got home another order was messed up that was due to the hostess who took our order over the phone because she didn't know the menu and when we looked at the ticket she wrote she put the order in wrong. Will give it another shot but hopefully they train the hostesses as they gave a poor first impression.
We arrived tonight- Monday for trivia and dinner. Our server "Josh B" was too busy on his phone and sitting at the table next to us with his friends. We got our food an hour after ordering. He brought all the food out together- apps and dinner. The high top was super crowded. We watched food get put out on the warmer from our table, it sat in the warmer thru 2 trivia rounds. He came back 2x after bringing out food and we asked for ranch. He never brought it. He is super rude. We came out for trivia, a good time and because we were too lazy to cook. But the service was terrible. And the food was rubbery after sitting in the warmer/window. We got the combo app, Cajun chicken wrap, and the chicken Alfredo. Unfortunately we have had great service and food in previous visits. But this was terrible, probably won't be in a hurry to come back. Guys running trivia were great though!
Food was a little pricey but was good proportions & tasted good. Didn't get a very friendly vibe, but then again I was only there long enough to pick up take out. Not really long enough to judge.
Food was ok. Got the pizza special the first one on their list. Toppings are amazing the crust was so so the sauce was so so. The service was 10 out of 10. Had plenty to watch for sports.
OK so the other 2 times we had visited this place I was a little less than impressed... however, Mackinzi totally changed our minds this go round! Guess 3rd time really is the charm!She was on point! We didn't have to wait for anything! Even when she her section started to fill, she remained ever so attentive. A huge plus, her personality and kindness! My daughter can be kind of awkward when it comes to socializing and my son tends to be a bit shy. She had a way with them both, which I know has nothing to do with the restaurant within itself but when you find a server like that, it makes you want to go back!Now, to do with the restaurant, the chip and trio dip is a must when we visit. I love that I can get chips and salsa/queso along with spin dip here...most places require ordering 2 apps just to get that. All 3 dips are wonderful. Not sure if the salsa is made in house but it certainly tastes as tho it could be. The burgers are also pretty dang delicious. I got the South Philly burger and couldn't help but do that 'happy girl eating' dance every time I took a bit. I'm certain I looked like an idiot but it was so good, I didn't care!They've got a happy hour M-F (I posted a pic of the happy hour menu)... we will for sure be back to hit it up! Gotta try out the pizza and nachos!So pleased we went back and gave it another shot! If you decide to go here, ask for MacKinzi, try the trio dips and for the love of Pete, give that South Philly burger a go! You will NOT be disappointed!
Unkind staff. If you place an order on their website then you better hope that they don't mess anything up because they will either blame you or the delivery driver instead of taking accountability. Food is ok but if you want to go somewhere to get good food and good service I wouldn't waste your time or money here. They need kinder staff for sure!
Great sports bar! Food is amazing and lots of it. Friendly staff and fast service.
