Extremely rude staff member barely gave me any time to order and repeatedly asked “Is there anything I can help you find” yea, a minute to look at the menu please. Not much better at the window very short and rude. Not happy at all.
Just left from trying to order we were disrespected from the beginning, and than was asked to speak to a Manger she had green hair I think her name was ashley she came out and was so so disrespectful smart snappy aditude. Rude is being nice.. as we choose to just leave she continued the disrespectful trashy aditude I can't believe I received this type of treatment from a supervisor she said she was ... in ankey,, and the language they were using while they was customer in the store.. wow. Never will return here again..

Please go to the Taco Bell north on Ankeny Blvd. where you'll receive better service and a better Taco Bell quality food.Every time I come here past 4pm I always get abused food thrown haphazardly into the paper sack with no particular order or concern for any hardshells that I may have ordered, additionally the food is rarely wrapped in any containing manner. Honestly, I'm tired of getting meals or food for free when it should have just been done correctly the first time. I have 20-30 single taco coupons in my truck that I haven't used (1 per visit) because I refuse to go here that often. I would choose somewhere else but I work late, it's the only place open and some days I get just several hours between shifts. Do your cooks understand that they're in the grind just like us, they're customers? Please advertise when we should NOT come here so that we can get better food and they'll have less to make.Andrew (the manager) I know you, or someone else sees these! Stop putting a band-aid on it and start getting rid of the bad eggs! Pictures are of a burrito Supreme pulled from the bag as is, and potatoes with very little cheese. Every since my boyfriend left this location they have gone downhill so fast. Decided to have Taco Bell for dinner tonight because it’s too hot to cook and heat up the house. They forgot my cinnamon delights so I had to drive back up there. The girl that handed my my drinks the first time that I was there had an attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. When I went back for my cinnamon delights that they forgot the same girl handed them to me and had the same attitude then. Probably won’t be returning.
Ordered Large drinks got medium. Ordered the Crave box switched out the soft shell for a soft shell supreme and only got cheese, beef, and 3 little pieces of Shredded Lettuce. Very disappointed to spend extra money on items and not having it.
The famous saying of this Taco Bell is, "We are out of protein", as in they are out of every single meat option. This has happened on numerous occasions. They are also commonly out of shells, drinks, and other products. I wanted a meal deal recently, but they were out of the chalupa shells. I asked if I could still get the meal deal but replace it with a regular shell (a cheaper option). They refused. Funny how inventory tracking becomes an issue in that situation, and not when ordering meat and other products to be sold. So they refused to give me the meal because they didn't have the chalupa shell, so I ended up getting the same combo (with the cheaper shell), but because they had to ring it all up separately it cost me more money than the original combo because of their inventory issues. They were unapologetic and acted like it was my issue. Food is also often cold and stale. Team is generally unfriendly and seems like they don't want to be there. Management is truly doing an awful job on multiple fronts. Would not recommend this establishment.
If you visit the one on orlabor they are never prepared. Many times they have ran out of meat options. This isn't a supplement issue because the one on Ankeny Blvd, has never had these issues. Perfer the Ankeny Blvd taco bell. Service is great, never an issue with the food.

Poor customer service I work two blocks away forgot my lunch at home and I work nights and they were the only place open so I went got a number 6 got bk to work and mind u I'm only 3 mind away from there the food was ice cold like it was sitting for hours the chalupa shells were rock hard so I called up there the girl with the blue hair answered said tht if I didn't have a receipt I couldn't get a refund I checked the bag no receipt so I reminded her tht I was jus there 5 mins ago she still refused me and told me not to call there again
Second night (midnight) in a row and they are open but out of everything! Is this even possible ? Is the manager doing his job to keep enough inventory? Or the guys at the night shift don’t want to cook?
