Drive thru was a bit backed up, but it's supper time so I'm not surprised. Service was great and they got my food very quickly!
The kiddos love the Ankeny Taco Bell—and I probably take them more than I should. They have the only tacos my kids will eat!
I pulled up to the drive through kiosk.. I remember it like it was yesterday. I was young and happy. I had just turned 38 yrs old. I just got to the window to get my order I’m now 45 yrs old. It’s quicker to drive to the airport and hop a flight to Tijuana and grow some corn, raise the beef and make your own tacos
Went to pick up an order and front doors were locked, so I went to drive thru. Only to be told I needed to come inside. Drove back around to see older gentleman now unlocking doors. No apologies, no acknowledgment for the inconvenience. They had plenty of staff working. 5 minutes later, food was left on cart for me to get and still not an acknowledgment. A simple sorry for the inconvenience can go a long ways.
We love our local Taco Bell! Probably more than we should ? the staff is always prompt and friendly, and this is one of the only tacos my kids will eat! Thanks Ankeny Taco Bell!
Fast, easy, open early for breakfast, open late for dinner. Experience wise, employees are respectful but can be easily overwhelmed when there is a rush.
Driving all night and these guys stayed open a little longer after I called just before 1 AM. Thanks for your dedication and excellent service!
This place has been a hit or miss lately but tonight they were awesome especially Aaron when he took our order! Good job guys !
I got 2 tacos and a power bowl and they were both screwed up.one taco was crushed,and instead of a "powerbowl" I got a quasidia and potatoes.i also did not get my sause.the "hard shell" taco was softer then a soft shell taco,and my side had not flavor.
I'm not at all favor of the fast foods, but Im buying food from any Taco Bell and I admire those people that trying to do professional job and all of the above for the customers. Great service!!!! Thank you.
