Good service, and the coffee just hits right to start my morning, I better get a coffee from them sometime soon though, hahah!
This is the best Starbucks!! Service is fantastic & so friendly, they know me & several others by name & have my drink memorized. Always get the best quality drinks here too!
They run out of brown sugar cold coffee. We order the vanilla cold brew coffee, not good and oat milk chocolate cold brewed coffee, no good either. Surprised that their products are not good. Expensive waist of money.
My favorite part about this Starbucks is when I walk in and see Andy working. I don't see him in there all the time but when he is working, it's some of the best customer service. No matter how crazy it is and busy, he is awesome with multitasking and making wonderful drink recommendations. I am not the best at knowing what I want. He wasn't running the cash register and could tell I was struggling with a drink selection. He asked me a few questions and took the time and didn't once make me feel like an inconvenience. He just wanted to make sure I left happy. I can say that the drink he made me was one of the best drinks I've had in a long time and I appreciate his kindness,patience, and for making my morning!
I waited in line for my drink for almost 10 minutes and yet I tipped them all the cash I had in my purse. Thank you ladies for all that you do. I know that things have been stressful and I appreciate you being open and keeping up with the chaos. Thank you Macy my drink was perfect.

Great produce! Ordered a type of seasoning that I couldn't find just because I asked. I went in the day they told me it would be in and there it was! I was so surprised and impressed! That's my Hy-Vee!
