Slightly disappointed.The customer service rep over the phone was disinterested and required clarification on every small detail. I understand that it gets hectic and loud at times but it took roughly 10 minutes just to describe my order and address to the point that they could understand. Once we received the meat classic pizza, it was caked in cheese and lacked an even distribution of ingredients. Maybe 12 pieces of sausage for a 16”. The flavor was underwhelming as well. Just giving my honest opinion. It was 35 dollars plus tip for a pizza that was little Caesar’s quality.
The pizza and mozzarella sticks are fabulous and the staff is great!
This was our first time ordering from Rosati’s but it won’t be our last. We ordered a Thin Crust pizza and it was delicious. Lots of toppings and cheese. We both really liked the taste of their sauce. We also ordered onion rings, even though the order wasn’t as large as I had hoped, they were good. Our pizza came on time and was nice and hot. We will be ordering from Rosati’s the next time we want pizza.
There was an ample amount of beef in the sandwich however the bun was too small and it was burnt on the edges. To be honest I was not impressed enough to order another one in the future.
We really enjoy eating Rosati's! We've never had an issue ordering pizza during the week, but this evening (Sunday) the pizza we received was not what we ordered. We requested a Chicago deep dish with half pepperoni and mushroom, half sausage and mushroom. We received a thin crust with half mushroom, half pepperoni and sausage. It was tasty, just not what we ordered.
Pizza was good. Breadsticks are awesome. Nothing was better than the customer service! The person up front was very positive, personable, helpful, and has an awesome sense of humor. The entire staff seemed to work very well together. We will be back!
2 pizza’s ordered taste was very good. I would highly recommend the thin crust. I would recommend you order it well done. It would have much better flavor when the crust is done. Would have given it 5 stars if I would have known.
I really like Rosati's pizza. We get it often. I also like that there is almost always a coupon which is really appreciated. However, the most recent visit at the Ankeny location, we did not have a good experience. The pizza was our normal order, a large deep dish pepperoni. Pizza looked fine. However, the pizza was so salty that we were unable to eat it. I don't know why because it has never been this way before. That is why the 1 star rating this time.
Haven't ever had any of their pizza, but if it's as good as the picture they have posted ... then, YUMMY!! I'm diabetic so I have to be careful with the carbs I eat, is why I haven't had their pizza yet. Now then, the food that I always order here are the breaded mushrooms. Along with the ranch dressing that comes with them, they are delicious! And I've never had to wait long for my order, they are quite efficient.
During the week, this place is fantastic!Weekends are a struggle and different story, though.On Sunday, I odered a pizza at 11:20ish for pick up and it was ready by 11:50. Cool, go to pick it up and I'm told there's no orders under that name. I showed them I had an order, that the order was confirmed, and was told that many orders were being put together at that time. Was also told they didn't know who confirmed the order and that the person there didn't speak English. So, we waited for our pizza to finish. When we got our pizza, it was all wrong - I ordered double dough, it was thin; asked for extra pepperoni and there was none; asked for mushrooms and black olives on half, they were all over the pizza; was included extra items I didn't order like green olives and what looked like spinach; also did not had extra cheese or garlic.Like I said, during the week, this place is on point! Weekends are a totally different story.
