So mad that they don’t have the bbq beef pizza anymore. That was the best pizza ever. Shame on them. Why would they do that to their customers? We enjoyed the pizza we got but it wasn’t the pizza we wanted. Jeez Pizza Hut you need to bring it back and fast.

Do not expect "contactless curbside" pick up here, as they will blatantly ignore the phone. Decided to give them another chance after staying away several months due to being fed up with their minimum 90-minute delivery orders, even on weeknights. Figured I'd pick up myself and opted for curbside due to recovering from a knee injury making it difficult to get in/out of the car. Pulled up in front at the pick-up time and called the store as directed, but they never answered the phone. After 15 minutes of unanswered calls, watching priority given to customers going in, I painfully made my way inside and asked for my order. It was sitting right there ready to go, but none of the 6 employees I saw inside had the capacity to answer the still incessantly ringing phone. Upon arriving home, we had to heat up the pizza and breadsticks because they were barely warm, already tasting like leftovers. Definitely regretted giving them another chance, especially with so many good, competitively priced pizza places in the area that actually care about customer service. This store is not worth the money or time.
On this order I added extra ingredients for sausage and mushrooms and as I ate the pizza I thought to myself, this seems like the toppings that the pizza used to have, nothing "extra" in my opinion. But it sure tasted great. I think it shows how things have been cut back over the years.
There was no sauce on the pizza I should have received a refund but I did not call the store because of weather. Will not recommend, this happens consistently with this store.
I ordered a "pan style" and a "thin crust" pizza. I got neither, both were hand tossed and the cheese pizza had barely any cheese on it and was over cooked. Needless to say after waiting 40 minutes after the estimated time quoted (55-65min) we were severely disappointed. The pizza and break sticks weren't even hot... :( I attempted to call but no one ever answered the phone.
The lady on the phone had the most attitude for no reason. I called to order pizza and she was mad at me? This is your job. Act like a professional it’s not my fault you don’t like your job. Ordered dominoes instead probably going to be better anyhow
Pizza was over cooked. Got the big dinner box, one Pizza was pepperoni and the other was supposed to be a supreme. It had too many tomatoes on it.
It was perfect. Easy to order on the app. Select everything you want and hit deliver. Contact less drop off is nice.
Went there today and ordered 2 stuff crust pizzas. Last I checked, pizza is supposed to have sauce on it?!? Both pizzas I got were dry, sauceless and Burnt. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Next time I’ll just stick to the gas station pizza. And the manager didn’t even apologize when we called and hung up on us.
