HORRIBLE customer service! I am here because I have an issue with their customer service and delivery drivers. We live east from Grant street and deal with the drivers constantly speeding in a residential neighborhood. My entire block has young kids and pets we have called in the past 2 months about this spoke with the drivers and managers about their speed. THIS LOCATION NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. They will argue and argue with you if not just hang up on you clearly ne

My pizza was given to another customer who took it to his car. He opened the box and realized it wasn’t his. He brought it back in and Pizza Hut worker just put it back in the warming box to give to me. Had I not witnessed this, I would have gotten a pizza that left with another customer. And the pizza was very burnt. I got my money back. I could also hear and see all the staff that were making pizzas coughing....
I order two pizzas at 4:18 today. Got the pizzas delivered at 5:30. No sauce, not cut, and burnt! I call back they say 45 min for a new pizza..... well more like 3 hrs later we finally get our pizzas but this time they’re ice COLD ! I have 3 kids that were looking forward to pizza now it’s 8:30 on a Sunday night and we have cold pizza that no one will eat! I’m sooo frustrated and upset I will never order Pizza Hut again!!
I called today, New Year’s Eve, at 2:45 pm and placed an order for 530. We were at a hotel in Ankeny and knew they’d get busy. No pizza at 5:55, so I called. I was told the driver had been out for 10 minutes and should be here shortly and he would offer a discount. Called back at 6:20 and was told By the store manager that the pizza was never sent out and was offered half off and an hour and a half deliver time. We had three families waiting on this order, all with kids, so obviously that wasn’t going to work. I ended up getting a credit but as I’m not from Ankeny this was very disappointing and wish the truth would have been told when I checked the first time.
This has to be the worst Pizza Hut ever. The Target Pizza Hut pizzas are way better and that’s saying a lot. We ordered breadsticks and they were not only soggy, but wet?!? Pizza came long after the predicted time from your website. The pan pizza was cold and not crispy and the stuffed crust was also lukewarm and over cooked. I love Pizza Hut but we’ve never had a good experience in Ankeny. After a few years we decided to give it another chance and it was still nasty!
