They were pretty busy but you'll have that in a Sunday morning when churches are getting out and local high school has graduation the day before. Felt like we had a newer server and got seated in a location easy to forget about, which might have led to a long time to order (even drinks) and then drinks sitting empty for a while. But the food was great and came out hot so no complaints there.
It was awful. Their crispy hashbrowns came out barely tan, when I asked them to make them crisper they came out burnt like they just put the castaways on my plate... I didn't dare send my food back again. I like crispy on the outside with potato squish on the inside not single burnt strings... knew I should have backtracked to Cracker Barrel.
I was bummed at our experience here. Our waitress was super kind but spoke way too fast and always seemed to be in a rush. My order came out wrong and it wasn't the best tasting Cali Benedict I've had from Perkins. I was bummed.
Every single time we order a piece of pie they NEVER include it!!!!! Usually my husband will check and have to ask for it. This time my son picked it up and of course had no pie when he got home. HOW HARD IS IT TO READ A FREAKING ORDER??? Every single time you screw us on the piece of pie we paid for!!!! Hope someone enjoys the pie we paid for and didn't get!! Not worth having to go back out and get it. Probably the intention since it happens EVERY time!! We even gave you a 20% tip!! NOT worth it!!!
Just there and was kicked out! Don’t go there if you need coffee and a warm place until a Uber picks you up. The bald man was TERRIBLE!!! I’m from key west and he told me that I need to go back there that no one here wants us!!! Funny Key West excepted everyone!! Mean rude and distasteful!!! He knows not customers service!!!
Perkins is a perfect old person restaurant (in my opinion) that’s why I’m here. However, not a “for old people” only restaurant. I like there wide variety of items, not to mention the bakery selection is the greatest!The problem I have today is I eat too big at lunch , I might only have coffee, but my wife will eat and we invited my son and his wife, they will make up for what I don’t eat!Great service from a wonderful server.Clean store and restrooms, which is a must to get any stars from me.
Keisha B (not sure if first name is spelled correctly ?) was super friendly! She was great with my child. She gave wonderful service and made our dining experience wonderful!
I was served the worst meal I ever ate and the customer service was TERRIBLE!!!! The waitress, a lady, had a forest of armpit hair and breathed over my food and even coughed on it. I’ll be emailing corporate.
Our food was good; however we had expressed interest in dessert, but the server dropped off the bill and was never seen again! (She may have seen our disappointment reflected in the tip!!)
Our server was nice but it took a while to even get greeted but she was busy so it wasn’t a big deal, people who came in at least 10 minutes after us we’re getting there food before us. Our food was cold and burnt and after waiting 30 minutes I barley wanted it in the first place and I wasn’t going to wait for it again. It was just not a good experience.
