This place has really gone downhill. I used to like it a lot. The Ankeny location was good. Now, it is terrible. I couldn’t even eat there because all of the tables were dirty. The beef that was put on the grill was mushy because it had thawed waaaay too much. I got home and couldn’t even bring myself to eat it because I am afraid of getting sick. The worker looked super sick and unkempt and I don’t think they were keeping the meat and veggies at proper temperature.

Food wasn't cooked all the way through, the cook didn't know what salsa was hot or mild (though he was nice), the ice machine didn't work, only one frier was working and you can no longer serve your own ranch. Also it was expensive! A chicken bowl and an order of fries with no drinks was $14. Oh, and there is no longer beer available.

Food was good but the service is terrible. The 2 people working there literally have zero energy. Also, what happened to the mushroom gravy...it was more like water.
The customer service was outstanding even though they were short staffed and not the regular crew original manager for this store or this store so congrats to them.
Just had a chicken Philly delivered to me from Doordash. I bite into this sandwich and it was one of the most incrediblely salty things I've ever had. I don't understand why this would be acceptable?

Very nice staff, it's a little expensive but the food is definitely worth it, amazing experience :)
The bathroom was filthy, the floor was sticky, trash was overflowing, there was a dirty mop bucket in the hallway, the tables and doors were clearly not cleaned in a long time, the equipment behind the counter didnt look very clean, the guy preparing our food I dont think changed his gloves between touching the raw meat and then the bun and rice. The restaurant wasn't busy and the 3 employees weren't doing anything but socializing with each other
My favorite Philly cheesesteak of all time. Plus they have lots of other items to satisfy everyone. Lines can get long but that's just because they make everything fresh right in front of you.
