This is a busy place but there is no excuse for having the wrong pizza in the box. Only 1 out of the last 3 times I ordered a N.Y. style pizza did I actually receive one. 1 was the N.Y. style I ordered, 1 was an original crust, and one was a thin crust pizza.
Waited an hour, longer than the time they told us, then told we would need to wait 30 minutes more. The app only spun and did not update. 2 other people in the store were in the same situation. There were at least 6 people working, so it was not likely due to a worker shortage. In short, we had to cancel our order as did the person in front and behind us.
Pizza was an hour late. Went there to pick it up, they told me it would be another 30 minutes. Came back over 30 minutes later and it ended up being another half hour till it was done. No discount, of course. They’ve been late before so I’m not giving them the benefit of the doubt. Don’t spend your money here.
Extremely slow.I get it, it’s Saturday night- but was misquoted twice. Gave up on delivery, decided to pick up, quoted another 20 minutes and am going on a full 2 hours now. Still waiting…. Not short staffed, there is 10 people here, not impressed.Edit: they comp’d the order.
Their pizza is incredible! Whitney was very helpful, friendly, and patient; I would definitely recommend!
Soooo good! We generally rotate between Little Cesar’s, Domino’s, Papa Murphy, etc.But when we came back to PJ’s after a few years hiatus, we were like “Yup, this is where we’re eating from here on out.”Couple pick up orders in the last month and the orders were perfect, fast, and SO good!
Ive ordered from here consistently since Pie5 closed. Pizza is good and consistent but never expect your pizza to be on time no matter how much advanced notice is given. Good rule of thumb is add a half hour to your pickup time.
I wish I could give less than 1 star. Will never use this location again. After an hour they finally said our order just went into the oven. I'm pretty sure it was given to another customer.
What pizza place refuses to deliver? Management needs to step in and correct this.
I placed my order for carry out at 5 p.m. on Friday 2/25 and the email said to pick up in 25 minutes. At 5:30 p.m. the employee didn’t apologize and said it would be another 20 minutes before it was ready. When I finally got my pizza, it was after 6 p.m. and no apology was given nor any discount or free item was offered either. Very sad, since they have a really good menu and good quality ingredients.
