Absolutely delicious, and perfectly fresh! Even my upset digestive system likes it here.
I think the chicken noodle soup made me sick last night. And the bacon on the turkey avocado blt wasnt cooked.
We normally love Panera but this location did not deliver on our normal experience. The clerk was not polite when they could not make smoothies correctly. There was no apology and some disgust showed too us by the employee. The price just isn’t right for the quality and service here.
I order chicken and noodle soup and a strawberry banana smoothie, got the shake but they gave me Cheddar and broccoli?? I DoorDashed it and know it wasn’t their fault as it has my name and address and tag but they just gave me the wrong food.
I have not had a good run lately with Panera. Food is good but 90% of visits I have had missing items sidwes or bakery. Hard to check accuracy as bags are closed with sticker.
Very expensive for the quality of the food we got. I love their bread, but there food does not impress me for the price. Very little taste
Walked in and busy. We had never been there. 2 people taking orders. One straight in front of door by bakery and one on the left. No one really knew where the line was. So stood in line behind a couple being helped and as soon as they finished the lady behind register just went to the other side to a register. I’m like what? They lady that was on that side then sai line was over there. They were not courteous and or nice. I reacted not nice either as left me over there after waiting for sometime. Then when we ordered Alex the one who took order gave cup to my daughter which asked for water also. I said can I have a cup for water? She responded they are over there! Rude. My chicken in my sandwich which is suppose to be warm was cold. I will never go back there. Not impressed all around.
I had nowhere else to leave this review, but I’m a little disappointed. I had Panera delivered to me and found that all condiments were left off of my frontega chicken sandwich, when I only requested to have the onions taken off. I’m not sure how that got messed up, but that’s a lot of mistakes if you ask me. My mac n cheese was also in a coffee cup?? I’m usually very pleased with Panera, so I find it odd they messed a sandwich up so bad.
Mediterranean bowl absolutely terrific. Turkey chili outstanding! Always good clean food.
On November 18 2021- MORNING around 7:50am- the dude at the register- let me tell ya- total sweetheart! I dont even care that he bagged my order wrong- it was his aura . It's not the first time he has helped me- but he always has a great attitude even if the the Karen before me gave him attitude. He always asks how my day is going- simple questions like that mean a lot to some. (me) lol. IF you read this- you have great work ethic!
