Trying to order delivery and it’s always a hassle. I want a fountain drink so I add it to my cart to then be told at check out that fountain drinks can’t be delivered. So I’m like okay whatever I’ll just get my quesadilla and chips. Nope. You need at least 13 dollars of food to deliver. And no I’m not buying a 3 dollar water.

If I was a valuable customer, which I am, I buy at least 500 DOLLARS OF FOOD EACH MONTH. The quesidillas are sometimes not properly cooked perfectly. Workers need to listen and work faster, but better, because I got salsa with chips. I ASKED FOR QUESO!! Please train the employees on pressing the sough, and listening. THANKS!
Usually never have a problem coming here for lunch. Always have great burritos, until today when my first bite resulted in a random chicken bone in my burrito.
Worst Pancheros location ever! Can I give a 0 stars?Use to be the biggest pancheros fan, but this specific Pancheros has gone down hill drastically. My burrito is cold, tortilla way too undercooked, mixed meats, bland and just taste so gross. The store itself is disgusting, staff is too disgruntled and looked like we were all inconveniencing them at 7 at night.After reading reviews, I’m so sad and confused. Just Get better staff, make the best food like you use too, clean your disgusting, dirty location. The west Des Moines location knows what they are doing, maybe this one should take notes.Won’t ever go back to the Ankeny location.
They are very busy and usually do I good job but I ordered a burrito bowl online and got a bowl of rice and cheese. Even when my Receipt said meat and other various items
No 'no star' option available. Stopped at the ankeny location at 9pm. As a 2nd shift person finding food open at 9pm is hard sometimes. Showed up and tried to open the door- it was locked. The hours on the door say open till 11pm. No sign on the door, no open sign to be seen. If the location is closing early then please put a sign on the door or adjust the hours on the website. I wasn't the only person that showed up and found the door locked.
Went here around noon on 1/9/22 to pick up online orders. Stood and waited for 20 minutes to get my chips and queso order. We also watched the workers "Bob" (mix) in-person customers' burritos before wrapping them. But they skipped this for online orders. No one likes eating straight rice, then all beans, then all meat, etc (see photos). This location used to be alright but the speed, friendliness, quality and freshness has really gone downhill. Probably won't be back here.
Pancheros has always been one of my favorite places to grab a quick burrito. Even when lines are to the doors, they will get you out fairly quickly. My favorite is the burrito because they mix it up.
I wish I could give this Pancheros -5 stars. What trash service. I tried ordering from them not once, but twice. Waited over an hour for our first order just for it to get canceled and when I go to pick up my second order they tried giving me the first order that was almost two hours old. They told me they were in the middle of completing my second order while I was waiting on them, but they just kept completing orders for people who just walked in...I'm completely disgusted by the workers that were working. Never ordering from this Pancheros again.
Horrible customer service. Barely said a word to us , put like 2 pieces of steak on my taco right in front of me , burnt my taco shells then continued to try and roll them but they were so crispy they all snapped in half right in front of me and she continued to put them in the bag like they were fine , I asked for new ones they didn’t even say sorry seemed annoyed and we were the only customers they had in the restaurant, so not like they were busy and had no time to remake the tacos they burnt and broke in half right in front of me . Won’t be coming around this time anymore.
