I started working here a few weeks ago, amazing evening shift staff, love it already ?. On another note, I see multiple complaints regarding a wierd cashier, he is an amazing employee that happens to have autism. Just don't want to see people bashing him or our work environment becuase of it.

They forgot about my sandwich after it sat to get dry for 30 minutes. Guy at the cashier was weird. I expected someone to bring the food to the table cuz they handed me a number thing but had to go grab my food and they said they forgot about it. It’s a fast food job you don’t need a skill set to perform. Gotta train your ppl McDonald’s.

Asked me to pull around and park and then forgot about me until I called. I asked for my money back and was only given a partial refund of what I paid. I'll contact my credit card and ask for a charge back for the rest of itUpdate: credit card wouldn't work with me since they partially refunded the order. I tried working with a restaurant manager at the time but he never sent out the refund and when I emailed him back he said he was at a different location and it wasn't his problem anymore. All I asked for was the remaining balance I had not been refunded and it was too much money for them to reimburse. I'm surprised Hardees closed down and not this mcdonalds to be all honest. I'll leave the review up since it was never resolved

Very helpful at the counter. I wasn't sure how to order on the kioskI would give it a 5 however the restrooms which were better than most needed some attention

The worst experience i ever had. The manager is too rude. OMG i never saw such person in my whole life. We order six mcchickens with 6 drinks and 4 fries. And then asked for some ranch and ketchup for the 6 burgers she just gave 2 ranchs i asked for more and the manger said we don’t have more. I was shocked how is this possible they don’t have more ketchup in a restaurant. She was behaving they way that she is giving us everything for free. Cmon girl we have paid for this. It was really a bad experience. You guys should behave friendly with customers. Others were good but all of this comment is just for manager. Please train her to act professional and friendly. Otherwise she should be fired.

Drive thru worker sounded like she would rather be watching paint dry and apparently took it out on me. She got made when I couldn't understand her mumbling and raised her voice at me when I told her I just couldn't hear her. The woman who took my money was nice and then I get to the window and my food is shoved in my face. And my McChickens are room temp.

Almost always a bad experience, and I only go here about 3 times a year. I waited over 25 minutes for my order at the drive thru parking. Only to have to go inside and find out it had been sitting on their counter because the ticket number on the bag didn't match my receipt. No offer to give me new food or my money back. The woman waiting in the car next to me also walked in after waiting 30 minutes. This is not due to COVID because this has happened to me numerous times since they have opened, but today was the worst. They appeared to have quite a few people working or running around in circles.

I've been through the drive-thru numerous times over the past few years. My main criticism is that the service speed is excruciatingly slow randomly (several minutes between each car being served). This existed prior to COVID when it became more frequent. Recently it has become a rarer occurance. I have not experienced any major issues with my orders. Infrequent small issues have been quickly resolved.

I have come to this McDonald’s multiple times, usually each time my order is a larger order than most. Each time I am told to pull forward and wait for my food so that they can keep their “numbers” up, usually I wouldn’t mind if I had to wait 5-10 minutes for my food. However I have waited up to 45 minutes long for the food. Once I get home the order is either wrong or I am missing an item(s) in general. Would not recommend this particular McDonald’s.

This location has THE WORST customer service ever. Especially drive thru. I ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffin without the muffin because of a gluten allergy. The person taking my order kept interrupting me. I had to repeat myself 3 times and said let’s start over twice. I drive up to the first window to pay. The guy did not greet me. Did not say thank you. The only words that came out of his mouth was my total. Then I get to the second window. Again no greeting. The kid just hands my food to me and closes the window without saying a word. Since I ordered 2 sandwiches without the bread I expected 2 separate containers as it was for 2 people. They literally threw the food in 1 container. Would they have done this to a Big Mac? I think that answer is no. I don’t know if management reads these comments but I hope they do. Maybe some changes will occur.
