The indoor playplace is finally open!!! Kids loved to play here & burn off energy? Food was good & fresh. Only complaint is that all 4+ ketchup dispensers have been broken the last 2 times we've been here.
Some of the staff that was working was being a bit rude but I get it my order did take a bit long to make and jt was also really dirty in there too that is why I'm giving a 3 star review
Play Place still not open. Everything else is open for kids, like Chuck E. Cheese, monkey Joes, etc but not sure why it’s not open? Laziness? Corporate said to ask the individual restaurants so I’m assuming they aren’t all closed company wide. Open it up for the kids please
Good McDonald's, never had I to wait in line for too long and the orders I've got were always correct. Definitely coming back again to this location and dining-in!
These are the slowest people on the planet.They made me wait over 1p minutes before they told me they were out of pies and it would be at least 12 MORE minutes ... half hour to pick up FASY FOOD because they know nothing about communication.And the middle aged woman with blue green hair really doesn't care about customer service at all.Yay mcdonalds
Fairly fast service, however, no matter what I order, I'm always asked to pull around the building and wait for them to bring out the food.
Terrible. I have a car with windows that don’t go down and cash only and they wouldn’t let me come in and order or use cash for mobile pick up. They apparently think they’re better than every other McDonald out there.
Today I visited the Ankeny McDonald's on Delaware Avenue. The man taking my order was very professional and friendly and even though his headset went out mid conversation he repeated my order to me. He had it right except for he missed my large dr. pepper no ice and my large fry , I had to add on the large fry and large dr. Pepper with no ice at the window before he took my money and told me he was sorry about the miscommunication no big deal.Until I got my order from an extremely rude older lady at the second window. She handed me a med.drink,no problem I simply told her it was SUPPOSED TO BE A LARGE dr.pepper with no ice . Simply be doing the drink which honestly you said well that's not what you were ordered and shoved the medium drink at me. Because she was so aggressive and I said but man this is supposed to be a large and I don't think you even got the order right at all because this is a Diet Coke. She handed me my food and said well that's not what you order order what you want next time and slam the door in my face. I normally would just drive away but I was infuriated by how rude she was as I drove around supposed to be a very nice time and again he apologized and said he had asked when I push the medium button and he said it was his fault that her brain is most certainly was not that young man he was extremely professional and went and got my correct drink. So I guess this restaurant at 2 only because the young man was so professional and good at his job. Because his older lady should have a 0 star
If I could give 0 stars for service, communication, and experience I would. We used the app for the first time. It doesn’t tell you that if you place the order but someone else picks it up that you won’t be able to get your order and you won’t be able to even call and have it taken care of because with out pressing the button that the app won’t let you do if you’re not physically there the store doesn’t even get the order. Pathetic system. Then when I call the store the lady was completely uneducated on how to help with the situation and just says “I can’t help you”. I get it’s fast food but 2nd graders are more helpful and respectful and eager to help.
Food was ok, the fries wasn't good but customer service should be alot better. The person taking the order was grumpy cause we were last and wanted to close in a hurry. Slow it down and have patience.
