Slow service. Had to pull forward to wait for food, it happens so whatever. After more than 5 minutes of no food I just drove off. During this time more than 7 cars passed through the drivethru completely. Would not recommend.
I understand it's a McDonald's, but they had horrible customer service, they messed up our order, and it was cold. It took forever because the employees were messing around. It makes me want to change my stance on automating fast food. Sign out front says they're making at least 14$ an hour, and they can't even pretend to care.
This McDonald's is almost always on point when it comes to order freshness and customer service. For the first time in almost 2 years I received a stale sandwich. I'm saying the bread was so hard I couldn't bite it and the cheese was a hardened layer, not melted. I was extremely shocked at this because this location had really stepped it up over the last year. I didn't return it because I was already home and my kids were tired from the day. The employees working that night were friendly, but gave off a passive aggressive vibe. Not sure what's going on.
Called in due to Incorrect order. Spoke to manager she was very rude when told her order was wrong wasnt handed a receipt. Tried to clarify order she laughed told us to drive back even tho said they close in 20 mins like we live 2 mins away which we don’t. Young fella was nice and respectful. Manager a B**** don’t recommend her at all. Coming from a HR rep ?
I'll drive across town before I go back to this one. The food is always cold and old. The kids there can't seem to get an order right also.
Kid looked me in the eye, fukked up the order, I told him what the right one was, and then hands me another fukked up order with half my foos. Just serving syrup for soda, no carbonation, didn't salt the fries at all. Rough man...
2nd time left at the drive thru...just pull up well be out with your food. They never come out, had to go in both times to get my food
Placed a mobile order and parked in the spot I was told to park. Spent a little over 10 minutes waiting for them to come out and I had to go in to grab the food only to find out when I got home they didn’t put the fries in with my meals. Very unprofessional.
I will drive the extra minutes to go to another McDonald’s. Everytine we go, they pull you forward and then send a young teen out with no idea what order goes to who. We waited twenty minutes and watched 12 other cars that ordered behind us get their food. I ended up having to drive back around to get the rest of our order. This shouldn’t be complicated. Do not pull everyone up if you cannot keep up with the orders or keep track of what orders go where. You pulled up 10 cars at one point and had one young teenage girl running car to car with every order. Management should have stopped taking orders.
One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been! I’ve been to McDonald’s multiple times and it has never been good once. There’s two other McDonald’s in Ankeny and I would hundred percent suggest them over this one every time!
