This is a better KFC location. Chicken and biscuits are usually fresh.
This place is filthy and employees don't care. Got some chicken Thursday night and it was all dried out so asked for fresher chicken. They said, we close in 30 minutes and are not making you a frebatch. Did not offer to refund our money. GO TO POPEYES
I’ll give this place kudos for being consistent at least. They are consistently the SLOWEST drive thru in the entire city. Doesn’t matter what time of day you go or which day of the week. Make sure you plan out an extra 20 minutes to a half hour of sitting in the drive thru before you even make it to the menu board. It doesn’t matter how many cars are in front of you either. The back of the restaurant looks like it exploded, there are portable refrigerators in the parking lot, the parking lot is full of cracked cement, bumps, and potholes. It is definitely worth the time driving to the KFC on Merle Hay Rd, Clive, or Altoona instead. Going to this location is a waste of your time.
Way too slow on drive thru. 25 minutes to get to the board with only 3 cars in front of me. Then they make each car wait a minute before they can order. However. I finally left after wait passed 5 minutes. I only had an hour available to get my food. I didn't want to push it.
Drive up, person in front of us drove away, then we ordered and they said: you can't do that, its on menu online you can, so we left, no wonder the person in front of us left the drive thru. Bad business
Ordered through the KFC site. Spent over $60 for dinner and leftovers for lunch. Arrived at the restaurant to be told that their coolers broke down and had to toss all of the chicken and therefore had no product to sell. They "couldn't give refunds" so I was instructed to request a refund through the site. I haven't heard anything for a week and a half. Needless to say, I'll never go here again. Probably just give up on KFC all together. Too many good alternatives nearby.
Food was good but they give priority to the drive thru instead of people who order ahead. If you want food, go through the drive thru unless you like standing and waiting with a bunch of other people.
Terrible customer service. If you make a mistake you don't then make the customer go back threw the drive threw and then pay for their mistake. Just Wrong
Nasty the girl making food wasn't wearing gloves and they were cussing. Will not be coming back to this location.
If you can't open your dining room, then shut the place down. From reading the reviews it's easy to see that the drive-thru mistakes are plentiful. When Colonel Sanders was still alive, he was notorious for firing (on the spot) those who couldn't perform their tasks to the high standards that were held everywhere back then. Too bad he's not around anymore. He'd probably fire about 90% of the employees that work in these dumps. The quality has gone down so much over the years. They even nixed the wedge fries for some nasty, bland fries a few years back. Bottom line is to skip this place and you'll notice that every single eatery around here has their doors open; for sit down or carry out. If you want killer chicken, try The Grumpy Goat (about two blocks west of this sad excuse for a restaurant).
