Manager plus employee in the building with lights on. Won't take orders in lobby or drive thru during normal open hoursI'll never eat here again
Never on time. I order ahead of time to get on their schedule and it’s never delivered or even made. I always have to call to get them to even make it, let alone bring it to my work. It’s ridiculous. I shouldn’t be begging for my food to come when they have had it on their schedule since before they even open. You can tell it’s not managed very well and that the people in charge do not care about their customers at all. Very disappointed.
Told me it would take them 20 minutes to make a single sandwich because they were working on a catering order. One of the several people could make a sandwich for a customer standing directly in front of them.
Horrible customer service and with an attitude to boot We ordered two sandwiches they forgot the cheese on one of the sandwiches and I went back with the sandwich and receipt to get a another sandwich in its place the manager Tyler instead offered to refund us the price of the cheese

Orderd a sandwich around 7:30, they never showed up and they never picked up their phone after calling them multiple times. Then 9:00 hits and just they close, so now I can't even get my money back.
Since I've worked at so many I'll give them a few stars.. other than that I have nothing else to say.
Slowest jimmy John’s I have ever been too! Waited in line for over 10 minutes at the window! No one in front of me!!this place is ridiculous! There were 3 employees inside working. Not sure what they were doing but this is not how a jimmy John’s is supposed to be.. very disappointed ?
