Food was great! Nice place. Clean. I would have given a 4 but the service was not good today. (I get that, that changes with different crews on different nights.) But these workers were a mess. Do NOT order online or at least don't through their website. This is the last time. Every single time they've messed up something if we order online or through their app.Because it was delivered, I was directed to contact Door Dash. I didn't order through Door Dash so they couldn't correct it. Fuzzy's refused to deliver and kept asking me to come pick it up, I asked for it to be delivered because I have an online meeting and don't have the time to pick it up between that and using lunch to take care of my dog.I wasted 40 minutes of my lunch time dealing with just getting the correct order. It's been 2 years since the Pandemic started, they should have it figured out by now.The one person who actually offered to help - thank you. To everyone else - get better - especially management. There should be a policy beyond "no delivery" when orders made through YOUR website (and not Door Dash) are made incorrectly or items forgotten.Don't order online or through their app. They won't generally do anything to fix it.
Stopped for a quick dinner on our way home, service was good and food was fresh. The guacamole was delicious along with the seasoned chips. We would definitely stop again.
Fun atmosphere, great music, and the thing that caught my attention the most was the spirit and comradery of the fuzzys taco shop workers during a very busy lunch rush. The place altogether, put off a very good impression, inside and out! Very excited about this new taco shop and wishing it the best in growth and expansion into the surrounding community!
Haven't been in a few years. Was nearby the Ankeny location last night and decided I would try it. Ordered to go. Waited for 15 minutes. Saw two containers sitting in the window most of that entire wait time. Assumed they would call my name or something as they have a mic, but never did. Went up once to the "Doordash" pickup area as saw an order sitting but it was not mine. Waited some more. Saw a second order placed there. It was mine. Picked it up and took it home. As a side note, they were not busy with only two tables taken and both had their food before I came into the joint. Both entrees were stone cold as assume they were the ones sitting in the window. Sides were still warm. Can't reheat entrees with lettuce in them very easily. Sadly disappointed in Fuzzy's Tacos!
Place is okay. People are decent. But forget working here. It seems good day to day. But forget getting paperwork every year. Forget getting your w2s. No one answers. Corporate sucks at calling back. It’s a nightmare behind the scenes. Good luck ?
Horrible people to work for. The corporate part and business part is so worthless. The place and food (foods amazing!) - (&inside employees) AWESOME. The people behind it NOOOOOOO forget that. Worst corporate company in my opinion to EVER work for after several years.
Stopped by for the first time today (not from town) for lunch today. Couldn't believe how amazing the Chips and Queso are. Food over all, very good and extremely affordable. They have alcohol (灬º‿º灬)♡Clean, cool place. Highly recommend.
Service and staff are great! Food is amazing! Margaritas are the best! Plus they open at 8:00!
