So I went to get some Fazoli’s and this is what I received after asking for a chicken parm no cheese and breadsticks. I received a slop of different noodles with a drizzle of sauce with the most cheese I have ever seen in my LIFE. I had to perform surgery to remove the pounds of cheese. The breadsticks are moist on the outside and somehow still dry on the inside?? Seems like someone just rinsed them off and put them in a bag… don’t get me started about the chicken, taste like they went out back and rummaged through the trash to grab three measly pieces of chicken, rinsed them off in the hand washing only sink and proceeded to SLAP the “chicken” in the cluster of combination noodles. Moral of the story, pay your employees so they actually care about their job. I saw the person handing the order turn around and ask the cook something, the cook replied with “just give it to them” probably not paying attention because his music was too loud on his headphones. Thank you Fazoli’s for a fun and fresh Friday night. Do better ❤️
The food was so amazing. I'm sad that I was passing thru and never knew til today. We really need a few in MN!!!
Had a fantastic experience. Chris made sure we had everything we needed ,and took the time to help out with the app. I can't wait to come back and eat here again! Definitely made my night once of the best services I've ever had here!
Chris rules - sometimes at other Fazoli’s locations it seems everyone is too busy to continue customer service throughout the visit, but while he was cleaning tables he asked us and other tables if we needed anything and then brought us 6 more breadsticks! 10/10 highly recommend.
Chris was our server and he was awesome . We will definitely be back. We've been there before and never had service to this magnitude. We had fettuccine Alfredo and salads. He made sure our experience was absolutely awesome
Food was cooked perfectly and the host/ waiter Chris did an amazing job, getting us breadsticks (the tray was never empty), making sure everything is good and we are satisfied, and answered all the questions we had about the menu. 10/10 will definitely come back not just for the food but the amazing staff.
I love Fazoli’s and I’m so glad that we have them in Iowa. I had a couple I used to go to in Georgia and I’m happy that the one here is even friendlier than the ones I used to go to. I would especially like to commend Chris , who is very enthusiastic about customer service.
Guy in maroon in kitchen was being loud and obnoxious, singing loudly and talking making fun of someone’s suicide? The manager up front apologized but my son started to try and repeat some of the stuff he was yelling and that’s what pushed me to say something. I hope this gets resolved
Breadsticks were a bit on the salty side. My wife told me they're not usually that salty. So I'm guessing it must've been a new employee or something.. the service was great and the staff were very friendly & helpful.I'd definitely come again. I'd even give the breadsticks another chance.Didn't get a chance to take any pics (sorry maybe next time)Overall, I'd say it's a decent and affordable place to take the family for dinner
Get it together. 3 people ordered and you were confused on who was getting what. They were all different orders. Good thing you didn't have more orders. The world would have ended. This was lunch time.
