The food was good but probably not worth the price charged. The wait staff were professional and attentive.The unique appetizers are the star of the show.

Our server Taylor was awesome. Our lunches were perfect. I had a wonderful steak salad with blue cheese.. and my friend enjoyed fish tacos.We loved the Snickers bread pudding that we shared.We actually stayed and chatted for several hours and they graciously allowed and encouraged us to stay, long after we'd finished lunch.
OMG!!!! We've dined around the world and we've found the best Prime Rib and The Inside Out Crab Rangoon at District 36. The food is to die for over and over again!!! Not only that but the staff and quick service are not to be equalled anywhere!!! District 36 in Ankeny Iowa has definitely become our favorite!
Food was amazing, calamari, tilapia, steak de burgo & mashed potatoes. Our server, Riley, was terrific!!!
Food was great from appetizers to dessert. Spinach artichoke dip, seafood bisque and salmon BLT all good. Chocolate cake was fabulous. Staff friendly and helpful.
Our server was super sweet... she got busy so she wasn't able to check on us for a little bit but anyone who knows the industry knows that happens so it's no big deal... I just mention it for the 'Karens' that can't stand not being checked on every 2 minutes even tho you don't need anything.Not the biggest fan of the inside out crab Rangoon dip? (Or whatever it was called) The wonton strips are fresh, fried right to order but that dip... hmm... it had this old/not fresh seafood taste to it. I get it... we're in Iowa. No fresh crab but use imitation crab if it, whatever you're using, isn't fresh.The Chicken + Jalapeño pasta? Oh yes! So good! Not a bad price either! I loved how they had 2 different sizes based on how hungry you were.Pretty cool how kids menu items were only $5 ($6 if you got the quesadilla + chicken) so it's less expensive that fast food options BUT they don't have kids cups. Again, not a deal breaker, just bringing it up incase your kid is Captain Destruct-o like mine. Not the most graceful of children...Not horrible for a first time experience but probably not somewhere I'd care to return to.
Great food, excellent service. Only complaint is never being seated in by the fireplace but won't keep me from going back. Just enjoy the ambience!

First time there probably won't go back. Food was awful, I the got Chicken "Debrugo" small piece of chicken swimming in a stick of butter with a ton of mushrooms. There was more mushrooms than chicken. Wife got Chicken Parm. It tasted as if the oil used to fry it hasn't been changed in a while. Disappointed, I heard good thing about this place.
