Went here on Sunday, and ordered hot food. After paying, they asked me to pull around to Spot #1 because they were making the food fresh. That's completely fine.I sat in spot #1 for over 20 minutes. They completely forgot about my order. I had to walk inside, wait in line another 10 minutes before asking about my food. They didn't even know what I was talking about, and the order was clearly never even made. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because Gabe did listen and felt sorry, but I expressed to him that his coupon didn't really mean anything to me since I'll never be coming back again and would have preferred a refund. After 30+ minutes, I didn't even want the food anymore.On top of that, this restaurant is decorated like a mini evangelical christian shrine, which was offensive. Please keep your religion out of my DQ.
I just saw some girl flipping out at a blonde headed guy at the drive through because she had to potentially wait along with another complication? These workers are doing the best they can with the circumstances given to them. The speaker was malfunctioning but yet they kept their positive attitudes and kept working hard. Forget the haters and thanks for the chicken strips!! And remember people to be kind to your workers trying their best to get you your food!!
Gabe deserves a promotion was so cool so funny made lots of jokes made the experience nice. The jokes were actually funny and clever not awkward or anything. And I have social anxiety to it was super nice. My favorite is “here are your American chopsticks” when he handed us the straws
Food was OK for what it is (fast food). However the service was quite slow. Ordered ice cream and chicken strips and cheese curds for the kids. Waited so long for the food the ice cream was melted before I got the food so I had to put it in the freezer when I got home to refreeze it for the kids. On top of that, once I got home I found that they didn't give me the cheese curds. Won't be going back.
I am standing in this dairy queen as I type this. There is a older gentleman (using this lightly) and a younger dark haired gal with braids that are yelling at the employees and it's unbelievable that they have any employees here at all. My son is looking for a job and I promise I'll never allow him to work here. Show some class people, if someone needs reprimanded do so in private your patrons don't want to hear it. Thank you Ronald for the excellent service even though you and your co-workers were being treated so poorly.
The people writing these horrible reviews should be ashamed of yourselves. The employees at this Dairy Queen work endless hours, are very short staffed, and cant seem to find help as is the issue with LOTS of places these days. Imagine having a line of cars wrapped around the building, and the folks inside are busting their butts making all of these different orders for every car. But all people do is complain. Ever heard of Empathy? You think it is soooo easy, apply!!
There’s more times than I can count that things have been poorly made, not had our condiments in ect. and after today I’m just sick of the service. None of the employees have any customer service what so ever. Literally EVERYTIME we come in our blizzards are poorly made for example, we order a health blizzard with extra health and EVERYTIME there is barley any health so we haven’t to ask for some in a cup even though we’re being charged for it and mix it in ourselves. Today the same experience, and my cotton candy blizzard had nothing in it, it was straight vanilla Ice cream, my daughters dipped cone had a THIN layer of fruity blast you could still see the vanilla ice cream. We pay for it, it should be made right.
As one of the managers that just left there I can tell you it’s not going to get any better any time soon. The way they miss treat the kids and staff is easy to see just look at the amount of turnover. It’s really too bad because this town deserve better.
In and out tonight. Have had issues with this DQ in the past but tonight 6/21/2022 they nailed it. Very polite young man at the window who offered a pup cup for my dog.
We arrived at 6:30 PM doors are locked can't go inside, line is moving slower than a snails pace in the drive through. Go flipped off by an employee when we attempted to go in the door. NO notice on the door of the inside closed at all. You could visually see numerous employees standing around while two with headsets tried to do all of the work.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND going here! This was our third attempt at this location WILL NOT RETURN!!!!
