I rarely go to Caribou, as my order is usually never correct. Today I decided to try again. While giving my order in the drive thru the employee taking my order kept saying, "anything else" as my order was an inconvenience or to long. Never once tried to tell me about new drinks or food available. My drink was not even close to being correct and the oatmeal was not made to the order I gave.

Liz and the crew are so helpful and we always have a good experience every time we visit. The whole block had a power outage this week and they were super kind and professional despite facing unusual circumstances.

This Caribou Coffee is in a great location, especially if you are heading back toward the highway after staying overnight in a hotel! Friendly staff and the pick-up process with online ordering couldn't be easier. Easy access from I-35.

Got the white Moca hot coffee so delicious ,was busy at time but felt like it went fast good job ,will be back.
Lovely coffee, my favorite is the Mint Cooler.Slowish drive through. About 15 minutes for the drive through.Would recommend stopping by. Much better ethics and coffee (and slightly cheaper) than the green mermaid coffee house.Specifics on my drink:Medium Dark Chocolate Mint Condition Cooler with extra mint chips and half-caffeine
