I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for a couple of years now. They had what I thought to believe the best wings in town until this evening. I had an order of about 80 wings and spent $116 only to have to toss the wings myself and then didnt receive the 2 rubs that was supposed to be on 40 of the wings. I called at least 10 times to have no one answer, angry I drove back to the restaurant to have a manger tell me " 80 wings is alot of wings, so the kitchen staff didn't have the time to toss them. What do you want? Do you just want the sauces? This order is to large to comp." Given no resolution we got to drive home to cold food and have to do the work ourselves to the wings. I am absolutely appalled at their customer service never have I had such a terrible dining experience.I would like to thank the owner Will for taking care of this. I was very impressed by his quick follow up with this review. After speaking with him on the phone he gave us a full refund and spoke with his staff. I was left feeling like my business truely mattered to him and my husband and I continue to be loyal customers to the Cabaret. Thank you, and shout out to Taylor and the rest of the wait staff you guys are wonderful!
The food was good and our server was nice. Thankfully it wasn't very busy as we had to get in and out for lunch and it looked like only one guy was working. Overall good experience. We will return.
I was there this past Saturday with close to 40 people for my birthday. Called ahead, talked with front of the house manager. She was very accommodating and helpful as I told her what to expect with this crowd. The service was top notch! From the servers to the bartenders, all were very attentive to our party. I never felt like we had to wait for a drink or food. Everyone in the party was very happy with our experience and the food was very good. Hope to be back to enjoy the patio when the weather warms up!
The cost was outrageous for what we received. Our ultimate nachos were a joke. When we placed the order, the man was very rude. Calls were made multiple times and left a message. Nothing! This is not what we expected.
Server didn't check on us after food was served.. had to ask for everything at the bar even to pay and didn't get our order correct. Has Much potential. Food was good. Looks like a fun a place though. Dress warm, it's cold in there.
Been here multiple times with no problem until tonight. Waiter was incredibly rude and did not care to be helping us one bit. This one negative experience trumps every positive one I have had. I am also a local business owner and will do my best informing others of the service I received tonight.
Awesome environment and even better service and drinks DEFINITELY recommend!!!!
Came in last night with some friends, our first time here. Very attentive and friendly staff. Food was delicious and loved the cocktail menu. We will be back!
Great place to watch a game, enjoy happy hour with friends, or bring the team in after games. Get the cowboy bites and thank me later. Huge supporters of lots of activities in town
We went here to eat, drink and listen to live music. Walking in it was clean and a cool pub look. Lots of televisions. More of a sports bar than music venue. The performers were tucked away in a corner and there is no dance floor, so I wore my dancing shoes for nothing. For dinner we ordered tenderloins w Texas Toast on the side, an order of FF and an order of onion rings. It was served in a WIRE BASKET. We had to watch for remnants of the basket liner when we carved the tenderloin. By the looks of the pictures we ordered two baskets of breading. It was awful food. The Texas Toast had toaster marks on it and was served dry. The other products were from a box. No effort in preparation or presentation. The servers seemed unhappy and it didn’t appear that a manager was running the house.
