My favorite place! Everytime I come here, the customer service is beyond amazing! I love that it is such a healthy treat. The fruit is always fresh. I love coming here because I know I won't be disappointed.
Recently moved to Iowa and Ankeny specifically. I was craving an Açaí bowl and was glad to see that there were a few places in the greater DSM area. I came in and ordered a bowl but when I was eating it I noticed it had very little of the açaí base and was full of fruit and granola. This was more of a fruit bowl and not so much an açaí bowl. Either they ran out or they normally use very little of the base.
My daughter took me here for the first time and I loved it! So yummy and great service!

This was my first time at the Ankeny location and I probably won't come back. They only had one worker, so I waited 30 minutes for literally the worst smoothie I have had. I heard the workers say something about it as they were pouring it out, but couldn't quite catch it. It tasted like pure ice with a single strawberry.
My all time favorite places to get açaí bowls. I don't live in the area anymore and it is definitely one of the things I miss the most! Their premade combos are great but I love the build your own bowl option. I've never had an açaí bowl that compares to theirs!
My family loves the product! However; almost every time we go to get açaí the customer service at this location is terrible. Employees act annoyed to do their job. I’ve gone to Pella & Johnston and the customer service is superior. I understand that finding staff is hard right now but management should know this location is lacking.
