My friend and I wanted a drink and a late lunch. After stopping in Bench Warmers several times and not getting waited on because the waitresses tend to pay more attention to bar patrons, we decided to give Bench Warmers one more try! We were pleasantly greeted immediately by Lisa that took our drink order and gave us time to check out the menu and visit while we were enjoying our drinks. The service was fantastic and always with a smile. We will stop in again in the near future! I think one other waitress finally greeted us as we were walking out the door!
We started off with having a server to even help us. Finally got our drink order then it took literally 15 minutes to get the drinks. Food took 45 minutes to an hour and they were not to full. 3 out of the 6 orders were wrong. It took another 20 minutes to remake the food. Whe it came back out it was cold. I Do Not Recommend this place.
We had visited here once before for drinks and the food looked inviting so we returned.The food was less than lack luster. I ordered the nachos and they came out with ingredients I didn't want so the waitress did kindly return then and have them redone. The cheese on the second nachos was almost nonexistant and the cheese that was there was cold as was the meat.My wife had the Rueben and was not impressed by it.
The food was very good. The atmosphere was great. The only issue was they were short staffed. The waitress that was friendly, anytime you asked for something she got as quickly as she could. But, she was overwhelmed with a packed venue.
very nice atmosphere and amazing staff. for and drinks were great. karaoke night is tons of fun if you're into that. seems to be very busy often but i went on a Friday night so it could depend on when you go. definitely do not recommend karaoke night if you have auditory sensory issues. got very overwhelming pretty quick but i was still able to have a great time. any issues had were not related to the staff and were very quickly resolved. definitely hope to be coming back!
Great service the bartender Taylor is amazing and always recommending new drinks and ideas. Always knows the menu front to back.
Terrible service every time I go here even when I try and give them a break and order food over the phone, the lady always had an attitude and hung up on me. Overall 2/10 restaurant. Could get better service from my grandmother.
My husband and I ate lunch here today. Our sandwiches and sides were great. We also had a bloody mary, they were homemade and amazing. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely stop here again!
It was a great place to hang out and watch sports on Sunday.The waitress was really nice and attentive. The food came out pretty quick didn't wait too long.Overall I had a really good time here and I will come back the next time I'm in town.Thanks
Surprisingly good pizza! Nice discount on Sundays. Hope you like your pepperoni edge to edge!
