By far the best Arby's in the Des Moines and surrounding area
Worst food I've ever had at any Arby's location. Chicken strips were overcooked and our roast beefs had an odd flavor. The only good point was the dining area was clean. They were fairly busy at the drive through. So we went inside. Having worked in food service myself, I expected better of this franchised store.
I pulled to a window while I wait for the person in front of me to order but when they’re done and I pull up to order I’m was left sitting there for 10+ min with no assistance. Then another car pulls up and gets assistance within a minute
Fries where way too salty! Someone in along from the front to the back can't read very well. I ordered the brisket sandwich then double meat it! Was expecting nice thick sandwich what I got! Was two super thin slices of brisket! I felt cheated and heartbroken!
went through the drive thru at the Grimes location and this is the second time I got the wrong sandwich I usually don't complain because I work fast food but when u wait 5 minutes for food I would think I could get the right sandwich my dog likes the roast beef and twice I came home with a different sandwich at least this time my curly fries was hot
Great, quick service...had the turkey club and it tasted really good. Exactly what it should be and what I expected...nice.

Stopped for gas and they were next door, so I caved in for my hankering for a big roast beef and curly fries ?. Used the drive-thru and they were SUPER busy! 2 lines to take orders file into one line to pick up food and pay. I thought it would take a long time, but with 10 cars in front of me, I was paid up and food in hand in less than 8 minutes. It would've taken longer to park and go in to order and leave. It was worth the wait too!Thanks for the fast service and the roast beef/curly fry addiction ? full filled.
One car ahead of me. Took quite awhile for them to get their order. I pull up, over pay, pull away with my order. My curly fries were either under cooked or really old and cold as well. My roast beef sandwich was also cold and had a lot of dried up meat on it. Visit was a let down
