The only meal that wasn’t disappointing was my sons biscuits and gravy. My son got pepperoni pizza it said three pieces and what it means by three pieces is three bite-size pieces. My daughter had the number two special with ham and scrambled eggs and extremely burnt toast with no butter. They Charged nine dollars for a cheese quesadilla. And I had the steak and eggs and well I expected those to be crap and they were. No one ever asked us how our meal was I am guessing the waitress already knew by looking at the food. Will definitely not ever go there again and I do not recommend it to anybody.
I should have been alerted when I asked for a confirmation to be emailed to me and I was told that it was no necessary. The person on the phone and at the front desk was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, her heavy accent made it frustrating to talk to. I was very disappointed that after driving all day, I was given a room outside of the pool. Kids were playing and having a great time in the pool until it closed at 11pm. I just wanted to get some sleep before my early morning start. The place was dirty and smelled of mold. Our bathroom ceiling tile was covered with mold. I felt dirty, slept with me clothes on and refused to shower there the next morning. I was charged 100 USD but the price on line said 67.00. I person at the front desk said it was because I made my reservation by phone and not on line. There are two other hotels right across the street. I would recommend that you choose either of them. Shame on you Wyndham.
This hotel is in bad shape.. Please avoid staying here. Take your money somewhere else the room was dirty and the shower was broken and the ceiling was falling down there was water damage on the carpet and night stands the shower head was missing the shower rod was broken
Broken, dirty, unpleasant staff, no breakfast. Diner in premises could off at least have a voucher, smelled strong chlorine, no rules for pool to be followed. Coffee pot room didn't work. Along with phone lights and many more parts. To many to mention all the problems
While we knew we were only looking for a place to stay, the Ramada was worn down, unkept, dirty, the staff was unpleasant, there was no breakfast as advertised, and no management of the place. There was screaming and running and pounding on doors until midnight. Avoid this stay, unfortunately it was not even worth a bed/room for a night.
Literally everything about this hotel is terrible. It is one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained and run down. The entire place smells musty. Just stay somewhere else.
Had mother's day brunch. Good selection of food on the buffet line. Good service to. Had 11 am reservation. Was seated right at 11am.
With few updates going one, room carpet dirty, lights flashing in bathroom, no breakfast as advertsied and loud guest in hall most of night. I will nto stay again but will say the frotn desk workers were very nice.
Chose this hotel because last room available, the experience was that of a high priced dive hotel, avoid this place unless there is no alternative. The place did not provide sufficient toiletries or room service during the stay. Would recommend sleeping in car instead of this location if that option is available.
The rooms were dirty - there was a used bar of soap in the shower when I checked in. There was no breakfast included as promised on the website. Couldn't get help one morning because front desk person was sound asleep in the back.
