Food was delicious and service was incredible. Even with the server being on his first day, he did incredible and he as well as the older woman that were helping us were incredibly polite and warm/welcoming. Portion sizes are huge and the meat in both mine and my fiance's dishes were very high quality. Prices were also great.

My favorite item is the stir fried beef with cumin. They also have the best fried rice in Ames!

Always fast, friendly and delicious! Restaurant is very clean and the owner is very friendly! Great staple on campus!

I believe she is the owner of the restaurant. She was super kind and I liked that the restaurant was very clean.I found there by searching for Korean noodles with blackbeans sauce, “Jjajangmyeon” on Google Maps for my son. I asked her if they also had Korean spicy noodles with seafood, “Jjambbong”. We are good eaters so we enjoyed and finished our foods, and my son said he liked his Jjajangmyeon very much!I really appreciate that they do the Korean style noodles for their customers from korea even if they are not exactly identical with the ones we used to have in Korea. Especially, Jjambbong, noodles with seafood in the hot spicy soup, does not include a tomato base or Kimchi in it in Korea, which I appreciated though ?. I loved lots of squids and shrimps in the soup!Just like many other Chinese cuisines (in my opinion), Jjambbong is all about the taste of wok-seared ingredients on very high heat. I’d love to share a YouTube video of a famous Korean-Chinese restaurant’s chef’s recipe for Jjambbong next time I visit! Thank you very much!

I ordered egg rolls and they were completely raw on the inside. Raw ground pork, raw Wonton wrapper. Gross.

Ordered delivery from their website one hour before close. Got confirmation email, but food never delivered, no contact from restaurant via email or phone.

Not accurate with orders, I like the mapo tofu, they give you an option to add pork, I've ordered it twice asking for pork and they don't put any in

My favorite restaurant in Ames when I visit from Des Moines. Never ordered anything I didn't like

Lots of options, huge portions and reasonable prices! Highly recommend the sesame balls. I wasn't a big fan of their hotpot but there are plenty of options such as fried rice, noodles etc. Cool little place in Campustown that is open until 10pm on weekends.Staff can be quite brash and direct, but don't mistake it for rudeness - it's just a cultural difference.Dont forget to grab a fortune cookie on the way out!

This is one of my wife and my favorite places, we usually get the Multi-pepper fried chicken which is spicy and delicious. We have also tried a few other dishes and been happy with them as well. The staff are very nice and polite.
