As a delivery driver I always dread seeing this location pop up on my list. The drive through is absurdly slow even if they aren't all the busy. Not sure if it's a labor issue or what but someone really needs to fix it
Will stop taking orders for over 5 mins with no cars or single car at window repeatedly. Had to repeat order multiple times, then still had to ask for it to be read back at window and corrected. Used to be ran well, but management must have changed or stop doing their job.
I realize that a lot of businesses are struggling to find help. Today when we went in the interior was extremely dirty. There were barely any clean tables, food was all over the floor. The drive through line was about one car length from the road.I honestly do not get how people refuse to pick up after themselves. The workers are run ragged and if we all did our part then this would not have looked nearly as bad as it did.
Literally every time I have tried to get food here in the last few months I have been unable to(I liked to go for breakfast or a quick dinner). I don't know if the location sucks or if I have bad luck. Closed early, unable to take cards and only take cash, one time I was told they just "weren't serving breakfast", this morning I tried to go through at 7a, store hours said open and cars were in the parking lot and no one answered me at the speaker after I sat there for over 3 minutes. I'm over it. I won't be back to this location.
The bacon burgers and fries were tasty. The service personnel seemed to pay more attention to their fellow employees than the customer. The bathroom was a typical fast food bathroom...not very clean.
【APP USERs AVOID THIS PLACE!】 Ordered pick-up on their app and CHARGED @ 08:00pm, arrived 08:15pm. The staff on the speaker told me they close at 07:30pm and asked me to cancel the order via APP. Digging all over their bloody app but didn't find any button to cancel my order. Asking via the drive-thru speaker again but no more response. Will dispute to the bank once transaction posted, see if they can take my money back. APP USERs JUST GO TO the McDnld across the street, not as good burgers but McDnld never treat E-business as MONKEY BUSINESS, nor trying to HACK my e-wallet for $$$ !
Stood at the counter for 20 mins, ordered a baconator..waited another 15 finally got my to go order..plain piece of chicken on a bun, nothing else and cold fries. Only thing correct was the pop I got myself...never again.
Please update your hrs if you are not going to be open. People sit and wait a good 10 minutes. And no one say anything. There was even a employee outside and did say anything.
Customer service here is abysmal. One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. I stood at front counter for 15 minutes waiting to have my order taken. No one said “we’ll be right with you. Sorry for your wait” with 5+ employees . Finally after the lady behind the counter gets off her phone and 20 minutes later I have my order taken. I should have just left. Google please make a zero star option.
The workers did a phenomenal job. We went there after FFA State Convention with about 50 starving teenagers and they got us our food in a reasonable amount if time and had immense patience.
