Only about 3 tables were present when we arrived. 15 minutes after arriving, we ordered food. Once our order was in, 2 tables were seated behind us. Their food came about 15 minutes after they ordered. We waited almost an hour and their order was very similar to ours. Once we got our food, my husband's steak was grey, greasy, cold, and tasted like it sat too long. His mashed potatoes and gravy had also sat. The potatoes were dry and hard around the edges and cold, while the gravy was cold and lumpy. My ribs were also off on color and didn't look cooked all the way. Once we got our appetizer, the waitress didn't come back for awhile. She did refill our drinks, but once our food came, she asked if we needed boxes then left.
Great ambiance, awesome staffs! The bread they give for free when u arrive is freshly baked and heavenly. The chicken steak and chillis were great, only the chicken was a little dry. The chillis reminded me of ghugni, a type of Indian food that is cooked with chick peas instead of beans. Sat there for hours cos the place was friendly!
The food was excellent. You have the best prime rib
We’ve given this place one too many tries. Every time we take out, they always forget something, usually forgetting topping for a loaded mash potatoes. This time they completely messed up. Our blooming onion, literally had a fourth of it. Barely had half a salad. And they gave me a practically uncooked steak. So disappointed.
Customer service is Excellent and the hostess was excellent great customer service very friendly and courteous first time here at this location I will be returning thanks again for a very welcoming environment
Our server Johnny made our experience unforgettable!!! He was amazing, it was my son's birthday and Johnny made sure he had a wonderful experience. Food was fantastic and fairly priced. We'll be back.
Placed a to go order for a 12 Oz Ribeye and asked that it be cooked to medium. It was cooked very unevenly and parts of it were rare, almost blue. Not sure how that happened and it was disappointment. Since it was a to go/carryout order not a lot I could do about it since I am without a kitchen at the moment. The sides and rolls were good. I gladly would have waited for the steak to be cooked properly.
The service was good, as was the food however because only two of the four person party was there they wouldn't seat us. There was no place to sit while we waited( no waiting area) so we had to stand for 20 minutes. They had more than enough empty tables, so unfortunately they lost out on appetizers and drink sales while we stood
3/26/22 - After waiting an hour for a table, we were seated and proceeded to order. A member of our party wanted to order off the kid's menu as the portion size is the right amount of food. This member of our party was over 12 years old, but we have been coming to Texas Roadhouse for YEARS with no prior incident. I asked if this person could still order and we would pay extra for the meal. The waitress told us no but also said she would ask the manager. A few minutes later, the manager appeared and basically restated that they would not allow this person to order off the kid's menu and that it is company policy. We opted to leave and went to a different restaurant. To say I am disappointed is an UNDERSTATEMENT. We have patronized this Texas Roadhouse for years by dining and purchasing gift cards for others. Even in the hard times of covid when restaurants were struggling, we still came and ordered take out to support the restaurant. I can't believe the company would rather lose money over a $5.00 meal when our bill would have been considerable.
We had a group of 6 adults and a two yr old and an infant but because two of the adults were not there yet Texas Roadhouse would not seat our party until we were all present. After we asked why the host and hostess said "it is our policy" Well have you ever tried waiting with a 2 year old... we tried to explain this to the Host and again his response was it is our policy.. it was 4:15 on a Saturday but they were not willing to make an exception to the policy... we were going to spend $300+ in there restaurant with dinner and drinks but to no avail... instead we went right down the street and spent our money at a different restaurant... bad business decision Texas Roadhouse...
