Anyone orders from a white blonde kid working in this subway probably eating some of the germs that are on the floor or the subway tables and chairs or even the cleaning tools.Since the kid only uses the same gloves throughout the day.Bon appétit
Ordered one of their new pre-designed menu sandwiches. Employees got halfway through making the it before letting me know that they were out of half of the ingredients necessary to make the sandwich.
bad attention from the person who works there, he is sorry with a bad character, I made an online order and when I got home I checked my order and it was not what I expected I asked for American cheese and he did not give me the cheese the chicken was not well cooked the bread that I requested was not this either, this is the third time it has happened, the man who attends never does the orders well, I am very disappointed
Totally incompetent. I ordered a salad which came with wilted lettuce and yellow tomatoes. One employee did not know how to cut up the meat. Actually asked a coworker before asking me and seemed astonished that I would say to use a knife. Employees spent more time talking about their personal lives than preparing our food which slowed down the process considerably. I asked for cookies THREE different times and never received them but was charged for them. Never going back. Also the entire store smelt like sewage.
Made an online order and they called me to say they were out of both types of Italian bread. They were also out of every cookie and when I asked if we could get refunded for them the person on the phone said they weren’t authorized to do so but in a sassy way, then I could hear them and another person laughing about it. Is there no manager on duty to issue a refund? Terrible experience, not worth it.Just got my food and they only had one person helping who was making others sandwiches while my pickup order was just sitting there. They also forgot or maybe we’re also out of cheese???If you can’t get the ingredients needed for a sandwich and cant hire enough workers or any that are helpful maybe close your restaurant.
Was waiting in line and some woman starts asking one of the servers for help and then they let her cut in line so she could order a sandwich. If I'm going to be disrespected, I'm not going to your restaurant. My time is just as important as someone else's
This Subway is always nice to catch a bite at. Especially if it's cold and you need to feel your fingers to ride your bike home.
Yay!! Roast Beef again! Nice guy working, was actually able to answer a few of my questions and politely gave me Xtra napkins without asking . The remodel is looking good!
Probably the most modern and clean Subway I've ever been in. Ingredients even looked fresher and newer! Hopefully this renovated look means a new leaf from when all those one star reviews were put up.Guy at the front was pretty chill, good experience.
