One of the female employee up here is very rude and disrespectful for just asking extra tissues. This not how you treat your customers. Whichever female employee worked on 17th of January 2022 around 6:15pm that’s the women who is very disrespectful and very rude. I request the subway managers to take a serious action on her.
Worst service I have received at any fast food. I go there for lunch every now and then and every time I get the same server. My experience the first couple of times wasn’t good but I let it slide. I’ve worked at a subway before and some times you can have bad days. But since then, I have noticed that this server is rude to me specifically even in a line of customers. And during my most recent visit she snapped at me for no reason along with her usual terrible service. I’m usually very nice to the server’s as I’ve worked in their positions before. So I cannot come up with any reasonable cause for her behavior except for some sort of racial prejudice
I had never ordered a 12 inch with separate request for each side. I told her I wanted it cut and wrapped separate. She continued to ask me what I wanted on it.I told her and didn't understand why she didn't cut it.She folded over and I said that I wanted in separate packages.She said, "I heard you the first time ".Really!! That's not how you get a tip!She would never make at another restaurant.
I've always had a great sandwich here, and the staff is always great. The location is convenient for those in north Ames.
Ordered for curbside and sign on the window said to call a number when you arrive and they would bring it out to your car. I called 3 times, twice when no customers were in the store. No one answered. I could see both staff chatting but could only see their heads. After waiting quite a long time and 3 unanswered phone calls later, I went in and my order was on the pick up tray. No one was at the counter but came out from back room. I asked if it was for me by name and he said yes. The ice was half melted in my pop sandwich was room temp. I checked receipt and it clearly said curbside pickup. Won't be visiting this location again
My son was in this morning and a female employee had just opened. She was extremely rude to my son, complaining about how he named cheese, about how he was paying, slamming things down and storming away. Completely unnecessary behavior. Until corrected, we will not return to this subway.
Very disappointed my sandwich was burnt never seen anyone make a subway the way they made ours ! They put all my condiments on my meal then put it in the oven so my tomato’s were hot and bread burnt she touched my money then the next customers food right after! Never been to this location and won’t come back

Went around 8:30 pm and the lady there (Lauren) who was closing on December 18th didn’t give me extra olives when I said I wanted extra, was rude about us being in near closing time, and told us she didn’t have change to break a hundred, it looked like she was in a hurry to leave cause the lemonades weren’t out anymore either and my boyfriend goes there just for that. Edit: she couldn’t break anything above $20, most businesses have a sign for that.
Loved the sandwich. Its was tasy and also quite cheap.
