Amazing Starbucks, or at least was. I’ve never had a problem with any of the workers in this store until they got a new manager. He either doesn’t hear what I order right or just sucks at making drinks. You can decide for me if you are ever unfortunate enough to meet him, maybe he will be in a good mood for you too!
This is my best visit to particularly this location 507 Lincoln way right across from Taco John’s and Casey’s gas station. I never like any of Starbucks coffee since I am not into their coffee at all EXCEPT this location and what makes it better is every employee their. Best service and beautiful welcoming smile shows on every single face of the employees there. Amazing service and smooth neat and clean. Thank you only to that Starbucks location in IA. You guys must see how they treat you in Chicago: uhhhhhhh, they are ready to fight you.
I absolutely LOVE this starbucks! Every one of the staff members is always super friendly and helpful! EXCEPT drew. He never has a smile or a positive attitude, and every time he’s working my drink somehow gets messed up. I would have left 5 starts but drew takes it down to 4.
The place is aesthetically pleasing, and the staff was fairly polite until I ordered a medium black coffee. At that point they chained me to the wall and chanted "grande" until the echos of their words were engraved into my memory forever.
This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been. They are very friendly and accommodating they always give me suggestions on what to try and how shake it up a bit.

This is my daughter and granddaughters favorite place to go and have a good drink while we are having a girls day. We had trouble with one if their gift cards. The cashier was very courteous and helped my daughter get the card to work. I live within walking distance of a Starbucks. Every time my granddaughter is visiting we walk up to Starbucks and have our favorites.
These are the friendliest Starbucks employees I have met!

Very good coffee drinks only wish they opened earlier. Alot of people have to be to work at 6am why not open at 5am? We need the coffee!!!
