Lexi is AMAZING, I loved her attitude and she was really nice! She was worth the good tip as she is knowledgeable with her job and red lobster! Next time I'm visiting from KC I'll definitely be back!!!
I've never had a bad experience at Red Lobster and this one was perfect as well! Great service from Hannah!You can see the restaurant from Duff but can't enter directly and need to turn in like you're heading to the Cinemark 12.
Always have had good food and service. We went at an off time mainly because we hadn't eaten, and got hungry early. The dinner crowd started to pick up around 5:30pm.
Food was wonderful Great service! If you get Veronica definitely make sure to tip well she is so sweet and friendly!
Good food, service could be better. Our waitress was great, food was OKAY at best. A lot of employees doing close to nothing, while others work hard to keep customers happy.
I usually order the snow crab legs but the new price of $31+ is ridiculous. I ordered the shrimp and it was wonderful but the baked potato was either over done or a left over from the day before. My daughter had the snow crab (good) but said with the new price she will cut back on visits. She noticed the size portions were smaller.
Exactly what you expect. Fits well within the series of chain restraints that may or may not go out of business any day now. The food was okay, the lobster was the worst thing I had. Shrimp was fine, salmon was surprisingly delicious. Glad I tried it, will not be back.
Red Lobster is consistently one of our favorite chain restaurants. The Ames, Iowa franchise has always had excellent wait staff. Some of the best anywhere. We stopped in for a quick bite before a movie last night and our waitress was incredibly helpful in ensuring our order was prompt along with our check. The food was great and we made it to our movie on time.
Was told the trout was a half. After served a whole trout told half not available. Grilled trout and biscuits very good. Rice and broccoli sides barely warm. Broccoli dry. Waited to talk to manager and left when he/ she didn't come up to the front. Have eaten in Red Lobster in Cedar Rapids and the same meal was much better
Excellent service provided by Brooke today. The food was great as well as the exemplary service. I haven't been to a Red Lobster since 2019 so it was very exciting to be back for the best seafood around!
