Ordered from Potbelly for a small event at work and they did an amazing job. It was so easy to work with them. I will be using them for events in the future.
Over priced mediocre food. Very little taste. Forgot my onions and the mayo was so minuscule that I couldn’t taste it. There was maybe 1/18 of a teaspoon on it. Staff were unfriendly and aggressive. It was my first time in a Potbelly store so I was trying to read the menu and they were very rude and huffy that I hesitated in ordering. The shakes are decent though. Definitely not worth coming back.

Never thought before going in that I'd be getting a sandwich with bleu cheese and horseradish on it, but that's just one of the many options that this place has.Sandwiches are good tasting, but not amazing. Mostly because the ingredients were definitely not evenly spaced - there was a big chunk of bleu cheese in the middle of my sandwich, and then the ends were just pure beef.

BLTA was a great sandwich. Service was fast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Side walk dining wa fun.
Decent subs. Bread was quality. Got a meatball and they didnt give much marinara with it so it was a bit dry. Probably wont be back
I ordered catering this weekend for a bridal party as they got ready for their big day. The sandwiches were delicious, but the service was even better! The staff went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible, allowed me to pick up before they opened, and they even provided 2 sets of condiments. The best part…..they did that without me asking. When I ordered the staff explained the boxes and I said two would be great, so I have one for the bride suite and one for the groom suite. They went out of their way to make sure it was perfect and it was!!
