I ordered my pizza at 5 and I called at 6:20. Alex had said my order was for carryout which is lie #1. My app prompted me by asking how much I would like to tip my driver. Then Alex apologized and said he would remake my order and have it delivered. (Lie #2)20 min later my pizza was here and I live 15 mins from the store. So they gave me the pizza that had already been made. It was cold it tasted awful and I don't appreciate being lied to.
Tried to order my free points pizza and was prompted that there was a “$10.99 minimum for delivery”. Just charge me the delivery fee like dominos does. Your driver lost out on a $10 tip. Oh well.
Tha app was easy to setup and use. My order was ready on time and was delicious. Thank you Pizza Hut I will definitely use the app again!

We wanted pineapple on the pizza and it had been ordered but was not put on the pizza. It still tasted good...just would have really loved that pineapple. :-) The lady that delivered the pizza was amazing!
From the time I ordered to the time it was delivered was way faster than I thought it would be. Also, the driver watched & waited till I grabbed the pizza from my porch. I thought that was so kind.
I did not receive the cinnabon mini rolls as advertised with the box, while I did receive a substitute cinnasticks they still werent the rolls. I would have appreciated someone telling me of this change.
I was not notified when my pizza arrived and it was cold.

Amber the manager there is the nicest lady...she made my very difficult order and it was hot and fresh. I will always go back.
