AMAZING PLACE TO GO!I helped plan a school field trip here. We had 140 students and teachers. Coordinating with the party planner, Tiffani was a breeze! She had so much knowledge and insight in helping us plan. Gave us ideas and a schedule to help ensure each of our kids got to do each activity. They were ready for us on time. The opened their doors with smiles on their faces. When helping the kiddos get their bowling shoes and prizes they also showed so much patience and grace helping each kid as quickly as they could.Lunch was on time for the times we'd scheduled. There was plenty of food and drinks to go around. Pizza was delicious!I absolutely cannot thank them enough for making our kiddos and teachers day today. They did an amazing job!
Went there on Sunday for family game day. Stood by the restaurant waiting for it to open while none of the several workers talking to each other bothered to tell us it was closed. Finally I asked found out restaurant was closed but could eat in bar area. I asked if we could combine tables and the worker said she couldn’t allow that without asking manager and then she just stood there. We left and went to pizza ranch and played games there didn’t feel like our business was wanted.
The bowling was great, but the staff was kind of airy and the food was really expensive. I wouldn't recommend the mozzarella sticks either they felt chunky on the inside. I would eat before I come here.
Awful customer service. Had a game malfunction. Had to get an employee to get off her phone. When she finally came over she was no help, second employee was also of no help. The manager finally came over. He just told us to go to the counter for a refund he didn’t even bother to apologize.
Perfect games is the place of my dreams. I went bowling one day and the lights turned off the there were colorful lights and it was inspiring. My bowling significantly got better because of how much I was vibing. I paid for all of my friends and they loved me so much for it. I am so happy because of how many friends I have right now. I love pizza and they sell good pizza. They also have a pool table and savage arcade games. Probably the best mini golf ever.
So far, we've only tried mini golf at Perfect Games. My kids liked the course. Only half have obstacles, the remainder are handicap accessible. The really liked the mischief spinners. The $5 spring break deal was great.
Took four 13 year olds, and had an absolute blast! Tons of arcade games, laser tag, and bowling. Didn't even notice the mini golf until we were leaving. Food was good, and very affordably priced. All in all a very nice way to spend the day!
I would say roughly 6-10 games were not working/ temporarily unavailable. Way too confined of a space with the laser tag line in the way of the arcade games. Need to spend the money and update the arcade!
I take my nephew here annually for bowling and arcade. The staff, food and bowling were great, but we had a shock with the arcade. We always play the same games and my nephew looks forward to taking his tickets to get his little prizes. This time, however, he only had 2 tickets available to him after spending over $50 on the games. These are the exact same games he played a year ago and won hundreds of tickets. A staff member told us "oh, he must not have done well" ... "not all of the games pay out the same" ... "just depends on what you play". I get it - times are tough - but if you are not going to pay out tickets on some of the games, label the game itself. Fortunately he was understanding, but that's a tough thing for a kid that was excited to hear. Especially after he's had history of winning on the SAME GAMES for several years in a row.
We purchased $39.38 in 2 pizzas. Mini corn dogs. 1/2 lb fries two kid pops and a beer. We had our coats hanging on the backs of three seats. The kids wanted to play a game and I followed. Told them we needed to finish out meal. When we went back to the table our food had been cleared and other people sitting there sitting on our coats.I asked an employee about this and she shrugged. What a waste. I was mad and will tell people to avoid this place to eat while playing or bowling.
