Loved It!
Great place to go. Fix it the way you like it is the way to go.
Frozen yogurt and toppings are tasty! Unfortunately while we were visiting, there was a dog behind the counter, eating spilled toppings off the floor which was quite disgusting. Gloves are required for patrons serving themselves but are evidently not required for employees refilling topping containers.
40 mins. For a 6 pack of donuts. Had I not already paid, I would've left. It's myself and two other customers in store, they aren't busy.
My favorite dessert in Ames. Frozen yogurt isn’t for everybody, but I like it better than ice cream. They have quite a few flavors to choose from. It’s a self-serve system where you can add as many flavors and toppings as you’d like. You pay by the weight of your bowl. On Wednesdays you can put as much as you want for $5.
On two separate occasions now morning person has not work a mask. The nice girl that works in the afternoon has always worn her mask when we go can’t see why the morning person can’t considering we’re in the middle of a global pandemic.
Yogurt was great as always. employees chose not to wear masks and were rather rude when addressed about it.
It took 30 minutes for a smoothie. The girl working should not be left alone. Very inadequate. Smelled like something burning. And they ran out of cups so it was like half the size we paid for. Very disappointed. Had a gift card that she couldn’t figure out how to use too.
Wearing masks during a pandemic would be cool
Good and a lots of yogurt to eat
