I asked for a hot mocha with extra caramel. The guy at the drive-thru put it in as an ice mocha. When I got my food I told them that I did not want an ice mocha that I wanted a hot mocha. Two people ask me and instead of fixing their mistake they gave me plain coffee. I'm not impressed and this is not the first time this has happened.
Without a doubt the most gruelling fast food experience I've ever had. Place only had about 6 customers when I was in there, even had enough staff to do regular operations, but one was just wandering around and looking like she was drugged up. The others were fast, but inattentive to the growing line of people. I had an online order, but was told that it wasn't processed because the phone used wasn't in proximity to the restaurant itself. What kinda online ordering demands that you be right next to it to be able to order? Kinda defies the point of ordering ahead online. Will never be going back to that place. Waste of time, energy, and patience.
Everything was great except I think all places are getting skimpy on their fries ?. You order a large, but instead looks like a medium!!
It would take much less time for me to list any positive Feed back on this location. Disgusting, horrible service and undercooked food. Never seem to get any orders right, regularly over charge and rarely have they ever gotten my orders right.My daughter and a friend walked in the restroom to find an employee naked (pants and underwear around ankles, shirt pulled up) while she was washing "herself" in the sink and laying the obviously dirty napkins on the bathroom counter. She told them they'd need to wait on washing their hands because she was "cleaning up". (She was fired after I filed a conplaint.)Raw nuggets, rude, unprofessional employees that show no desire to be there and indifferent when it comes to the customers satisfaction and the company's reputation.This is the norm for this particular McDonald's.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Ignore at all costs, best bet it to drive across town to West location. The workers are very, VERY rude, they get your order wrong/missing things almost EVERY time. Don’t waste your money at this really really shotty place.
Very upset with this store. First my food was late, and when they did get it to me it was not what I ordered. Then as I had my daughter with me (under 2 years old) and I was busy with pressing appointments I couldn't stop back by the store, I called them, 5 times I called the store and 5 times they cleared my call, once it rang and I heard the call got picked up and they hung up on me right when I heard voices and when I said hello twice. Furious i called Lincoln way McDonalds and complained to them, thankfully they answered if I could give mcdonalds on duff ave a 0 star I would. This is not the only time I have had problems with this store. Whoever had the phone around 9:30 to 10 am needs fired. Doesnt matter if you're short staffed, never clear incoming calls and never pick up and hang up on a customer.... JERK!!
Whenever I get there burrito meal nowadays they must not know how to roll a burrito and I’ve stopped ordering them but forgot today and wanted one but send like they still haven’t been trained on it. They also almost forgot my iced caramel macchiato then tried to hand me a hot one which I handed back and they made and gave me the right one finally.
I have only been there twice within the last year and both times my order was screwed up. I just live a few blocks away but this place will be my last choice, every time. Hopefully getting the wrong food and cold fries is due to the conditions and circumstances of the pandemic.I'm giving them a four star for their convenience and hours of operation.
My husband was there today and received a burger with two bites taken out of the pattie and I'm sure the manager didnt take the situation seriously because he tried to offer us two free meals. ? Do you honestly believe I would eat here again! Yeah if I could give this place 0 stars I would.
In their last remodel they removed the self-serve drinks, and condiment stations, AND all napkins. We are now at the mercy of the short staff to get anything we need to eat a meal. The tall walls all around the counter also make it easy for staff to hide from customers in need of anything. Want ketchup or more than 1 napkin with those fries? Remember to ask when you order and check your bag, otherwise your best bet might be walking to the nearest gas station.
