I wasn't at Little Caesars I was at Jersey Mike's next door and it was pretty good
The people who were working 3/17 at around 730 PM have made my night better. This is one of the best pies I've had, even drove home 30 minutes from my job and it was still warm, not skimpy with the toppings. Thank you guys so so much!!
Really surprised me today with my order. I'm not useally a big little cesars person, my order today was on point. Ordered online and it was fresh and delicious. Very polite staff also. Had a pepperoni and a crazy bread.
I would never imagine I would come across this business one day until today.Last weekend, My husband bought six 15 dollar Little Caesars’ gift cards and found that those couldn’t be applied via their check out system online. So then we brought those gift cards to the store and they tell us they don’t accept gift cards either in store. The staff said their system has been down for almost 1 year and don’t know when this issue will be fixed. But if you bring those cards to store next time when the owner is in. He would be able to refund you cash.I went to the store today but the owner was unwilling to do that for me. I felt I was being scammed. Little Caesars sells people things that people can not use. The owner simply just doesn’t want to take the responsibility and blames the whole thing on the IT team and wants people to bear it on their own. I was trying to find possible solutions but was so shocked by his attitude and words when he asked me to leave his store.Don’t be the next victim to this unjust store especially if you live in Ames. I have nothing more to say about this disappointing store.
Fresh, Hot pizza ready when you walk in. Literally the best pizza in Ames, which is sad, but true.Best value when you gotta feed a crew of four guys some lunch. About $12 +change gets each guy half a pizza.Friendly and enthusiastic managers and employees.Well worth the time for very little money!
Kinda a bummer when you walk into the store at 7:30 when it’s closing a 8pm and your greeted with “store closes in a half hour so and you won’t be able to order any specialties” basically the employee was telling everyone what they couldn’t have. I asked him if this was company policy to tell people that and he said yes. I would recommend whomever owns the branch on Lincoln way in Ames train your staff! But the pizza was good!
On two different occasions my order was not prepared correctly and the employee(s) working register on both occasions were very flighty, rude, and uncomfortable with their job duties. That doesn't mean the food wasn't delicious, every time I've eaten their product it was cooked to finished and delicious. Their choice of employees could certainly improve.
I mean it's little Caesars, it's really hard to be bad at Little Caesars. My food is always fresh and it's always fast. No complaints.
