Friendly staff and clean store. Definitely busier on weekends with mall traffic but that do a great job of keeping things moving quickly.

People are nice enough but have yet to receive the sandwich I ordered at this location. Half hour wait (NOT freaky fast) for the wrong sandwich and I live within a few blocks. Last time I called was told they would give me a credit. Never received. Seriously all you make are sandwiches. Last 3 times wrong sandwich. Guess I'll order from Panera and pay more to get it right.
Ordered for delivery as it’s easier with 2 small kiddos and not only did it take an hour but they also called to ask for a bigger tip. It’s a 2 minute drive. And this isn’t the first time either.

Dear management, the man who was working at 6:00 pm on Saturday April 10th deserves a raise. I didn’t catch his name, but he’s working really hard. I work at the theater across the mall so I’m here pretty often. I’ve never had a wrong order and the food is always great, the staff are also very friendly.
I stopped in this evening to get sandwiches. There was only one guy working. I felt bad for him as it was very obvious he was overwhelmed. He was pushing the keyboard very hard and kind of rude. When I got to the car I discovered one of my sandwiches was not correct. I went back into the store and he claimed it didn’t ring up the way I asked although he couldn’t give me a copy of my receipt. He said he was “slammed” and asked if I could see he didn’t have any help. He then charged me for another sandwich. No apologies or a smile or anything. ?
Insanely slow. Last two times it took over 45 mins for only two sandwiches. Probably will just avoid from now on. When I called to see where my order was the woman on the phone was nearly clueless. Very slow and probably just wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it would take 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches.
