Slowest Jimmy John's I have ever visited!!!! The 2 entrance doors are miss leading. I stood around apparently at the wrong register, but there was no signs or staff to inform me where to order. They maid eye contact with me and choose to not mention I needed to go to the other side. The lady who took my order was being extremely lazy and did not pay enough attention to complete the transaction efficiently. I had to ask we to let me use my gift card, ask again to pay the rest of n card, and ask again for a cup .They took there sweet time to make sandwiches which was frustrating because I came to Jimmy John's to get fast service. I will not come back to this location.

I love Jimmy Johns but if I’m being honest this location is so bad I order delivery when I study and it consistently takes over an hour. Ain’t nothing freaky fast about it

Went there half an hour before they closed and they told me they were closed as they were making their own sandwiches and laughing about it.

Went to lunch there today with my sister. Both of our sandwiches were made wrong so we brought them back up to be remade (we were dining in) the employees gave us nasty looks and we’re not apologetic. They didn’t even acknowledge us they just took the sandwiches and started making new ones. Horrible customer service. Acknowledging you made a mistake is fine but when the menu says there is no Mayo on your sandwich you order and you get Mayo on your sandwich… of course I’m going to bring it back to be remade. Food was fine but not a great experience overall.

Terrible Jimmy Johns do not risk it

Ordered 12 sandwiches to pickup for our volleyball team. When I arrived to pick up order I was told they didn’t have enough bread to make our order. Then when I asked for a refund he said it would take several days for the refund to go through! Bad service.

Placed an order at 3:30. As of 4pm, still hasn't left store.

Placed an order well over 10 minutes ago online and it still doesn’t say “order received”. I’ve also called several times and no one ever picked up. It won’t even let me leave a voicemail and I already paid for the food. It says online they should be open too. Every time I’ve gotten delivery from then it takes over an hour, but it at least usually works. Please give me a refund when you decide to open or answer the phone.

Consistently every time I order from this restaurant it always takes over an hour at a minimum. I get that sometimes you can be busy but when I order at different times of the day and it always takes forever to get my food its just unreal. I have never had food take so damn long to get to me and from a restaurant that claims freaky fast delivery I just don't understand it.
