Ordered online one day with the app saying the location was open. Low and behold when I show up because they don't deliver for a single sandwich, they are closed at 12:15pm. I contacted customer support which said they send unfulfilled orders and refunds to the owner, and after 6 weeks the owner has yet to contact me. Without a doubt the worst run shop in the area. Never open when they say they are, and don't care about their customers. And they steal money!
So good! Bread is made fresh in the store and everything is sliced fresh right in front of you. I love the #13 Italian for a cold sub but the Cheesesteaks are phenomenal as well. If you do a cold sub be sure to do it Mike's Way. The oil and vinegar which they call "juice" gives the sandwich a whole other level of flavor!
I love that this restaurant serves gluten free! I can pick any sandwich I want and choose gluten free bread! In my experience, this is hard to find! The sandwiches were filling and delicious.
Great food and amazing service every time. Staff is super friendly and quick to let you know the status of your order. People complaining about running out of items have clearly never worked in the food industry, keep up the great work!
Ordered a carry out order and was ripped off. Two weeks now and can't get ahold of anyone. Was open for a while and we were ordering carry out regularly now it is closed and they ripped us off for $77.
Great sandwiches. Poor customer focus and planning. Frequently closes early w no warning… (you are a sandwich shop, how can you run out of bread) not cool when you travel across town.
Love this place & their food but have come here several times DURING business hours only to find them closed (3-24-22) or the doors lock before closing time (3-25-22, 8:47pm). Very disappointing!!!
This is a great place to stop for a great sub. I do recommend family's and other people to try this place.
I really enjoy the food but pretty disappointed with the customer service. I arrived 15 minutes before they were going to close and the doors were locked and everyone was just standing around chatting. I called and no one answered even though I could see that they saw the phone ringing. I am aware that is annoying to your staff but if you don’t want to stay open till your scheduled time on the door then don’t advertise for that time. Very frustrated.
I really liked the bread on my sub, but the sub itself was not what I had expected
